Pros:

The hotel, room, and location.

Cons:

They charged me again after I paid through a third party, Booking.com. Called twice to clear thing up but was only told they'll look into if but it never got resolved.

They charge too much for parking. They don’t allow guess whom are handicap with placard to park in the handicap there employee’s who aren’t handicap park there instead.

Pros:

Great hotel for staying. The metro station and ferry are close to visiting SF. A lot of cafes and restaurants around.

Overall great and staff were lovely.
Pros:

Good location and comfy bed!

Cons:

Rooms needed some TLC. Ceilings and some minor details were aged. Shower was not very hot early in the morning.
