Loved the decor and the amenities! Our view was amazing as well we were able to witness a beautiful sunset!

Needed more staff in preparation for increase in people staying for volleyball tournament and football playoffs...wait time for services....

Breakfast was great! Value for money for sure. Room was decent size and well located

Cons:

Charged $60 to use WiFi even though it was free for Marriott members (which I am). Also charged $5 to pick up a package that was sent to the hotel. Ridiculous

I appreciated the Oakland Marriott for price on rooms. The staff was excellent.
Pros:

The room was very nice. The tub was excellent

Cons:

The elevator didn’t work when I was. Checking out and heading to my Event. It made me an hour late. But other than that it was a very nice stay.

Bed was comfortable and room was big. Across the road is stairwell down to BART station. South east is Chinatown area. Nearby cafes are nice too within walking distance.

Cons:

Check-in lady seemed unbothered or emotionless when I told her I had issues getting into my room when tapping my keycard to get in.
