Great stay
Pros:

Near the public transit, many food options surrounding the hotel, our room was very clean, bed was very comfortable

Cons:

Wishing we had a nice view outside of our room.

Overbooking and hair in the Caesar salad.
Pros:

I like the bed, very comfortable.

Cons:

Check in time was 4pm. I think they overbooked because there were lots of guests waiting for their rooms. When I checked in , they told me no rooms available yet and they would call me once available, around 5.23 Pm I went back to check and I told the front desk that I’ve been waiting for their call but never got one, that’s when they gave me a room, only then I got a call from them around 5.28 PM.

When I got the room, the whole family was so tired from driving 4 hours so we didn’t have the energy to go out to eat so we decided to request room
Service our food. We ordered Caesar salad, steam,chicken and sandwich. To my dissatisfaction, there was a hair in the caesar salad, i didn’t complain, i didn’t have the energy to complain anymore.

Bad. Will never book with them again. Check in process was soooooo bad.

Check in was 4pm but they said room wasn't ready. Waited for 1 1/2hr to be checked in. I was so tired and I wanted to rest but nobody could tell me when I can check in. After getting a call to check in, I still have to fall in line (which is very long) to do the process.

Pros:

交通很便利，无论是公路，港湾大桥或是Bart；附近餐饮选择也很多，尤其是我关心的中餐厅，炒面，烤鸭，饺子。客房服务很专业，前台很友好，酒店四楼有洗衣房提供自助的洗衣和烘干服务。总体很满意，下次还会考虑入住奥克兰的万豪。

酒店wifi是要额外收费
隔壁convention的公共室内停车场虽然紧挨着酒店，但是一天就要46美刀，有点意外
