I did not eat breakfast. The room was clean with 2 trash bins and 1 recycle bin. I liked the tub because i love to have a bath when traveling. The hot water and water pressure are good.
The check-in clerk over charged me $200 and created a money access issue for me. I specifically told her 2xs I paid with Booking.com. She still charged me after telling me she only charged for the valet. The lighting was strange. The bed was kinda lumpy. I did not like the location. The ceiling in the room was old and dingy.
Complaint is for the booking through booking.com not for the hotel
I had a decent day, but it was stressful checking in because reservation wasn’t found

Soft cuddles bed. Be sure your back hasn't preferred a firm mattress. Grand updating touches. Easy Bart access.
Everything
Really easy to get to whether you're driving or using the public transit, as it was only about a 4-minute walk from the BART station. They also have valet for an extra fee which is nice when you're coming from a fair distance away. Everybody was very friendly the room was super comfortable had a great view from the high floors. Would stay there again

The room wasn’t well ventilated, no venting system in the bathroom making it overly hot when showering as well as dump smell if AC isn’t in use.
It was beautiful easy to locate. Staff was great.
