NOT a 5 star hotel
Pros:

The location is absolutely lovely. Also the technician went above and beyond, which was so kind (only good personnel there.)

Cons:

The hospitality is non existent. Starting from before even arriving until we left, the staff was insanely unhelpful (even rude in cases) and the hotel lacked basic things like soap in the room, hair combs when asked for (which you would expect in a 5 star hotel!!) and much more. No vegan food options at all, maybe one salad. Overall way too pricy for what it actually is. The location is the only good part.
