1/10 – Absolutely not a 5-star hotel
Pros:

This hotel does not deserve 5 stars — honestly, not even 4.
There was constant noise in the room, likely from the air conditioning or internal systems, repeating every couple of hours. Something is clearly wrong with their setup, making proper rest impossible.
Hotel is tired and needs renovation.

Breakfast was extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth the price: very limited selection and poor-quality croissants.

Service is far below any acceptable standard. I was unwell with a fever and requested a one-hour late checkout — it was refused. I ended up leaving only 30 minutes after official checkout, with zero empathy or understanding from the staff.

Internet connection is another issue: it is complicated to set up, and when I called reception for help, they told me to come down to the desk with my laptop instead of offering any assistance or explanation.

Overall, there is a complete lack of service culture. This is the worst hotel I have stayed at in Paris.
Maximum 3 stars, and that’s generous. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Je tiens à signaler que l’hôtel ne mérite pas ses 5 étoiles pour plusieurs raisons.
À mon arrivée, la porte de ma chambre ne se fermait pas à clé. J’ai donc dû changer de chambre, ce qui n’est pas normal pour un établissement de cette catégorie. Dans la seconde chambre, le lavabo ne fonctionnait pas et j’ai été dérangé toute la nuit par un bruit très fort provenant de la climatisation, ce qui m’a empêché de dormir. Les problèmes ont été résolus le lendemain, mais ce sont des vérifications qui devraient être faites avant l’arrivée du client.
De plus, l’insonorisation est insuffisante : on entend clairement les conversations provenant des chambres voisines, ce qui perturbe le confort et la tranquillité.
J’ai déjà séjourné dans des hôtels 4 étoiles qui offraient une meilleure expérience et un niveau de confort supérieur à celui-ci.
En revanche, je tiens à souligner que le personnel est très aimable, souriant et à l’écoute, ce qui est un point positif.
