J’ai du mal à comprendre que cet hôtel soit classé 5 étoiles

L’emplacement

Cons:

Il n’y a aucune insonorisation dans les chambres. Vous entendez les ronflements du voisin d’à côté, et les allers et venues du voisin du dessus toute la nuit, et si malgré tout ça vous arrivez à trouver le sommeil, le room service tambourine à votre chambre par erreur ,et ne s’excuse pas.
