I'm sorry I elected that hotel to stay in. Couldn't get out of there soon enough.

Cons:

The room was small, the AC was badly damaged and didn't cool. There was a remote control for the AC, but it didn't work either. Many things were broken and hadn't been fixed in decades--such as the inner door chain lock didn't have a piece of metal for the chain to slide into. The carpets were filthy. The staff was ???. The breakfast was cold!

The stay was absolutely terrible! It is very dirty, unsafe and the staff were rude, all around awful experience! I booked a two bed room for my family of 5 and they gave us a one king bed room. He claimed I did not book two beds but I have the confirmation that I did in fact book that.

I rented a handicapped room. There was no outlet near the bed to plug in my cpap. I asked for an extension cord and the front desk attendant gave a 18” power strip. What a joke. His attitude was like I was being unreasonable

Cons:

The front desk gave me 2 rooms with people’s stuff already in it. The third time taking all my stuff up the stairs then I was able to get a room. There was missing pieces of the carpet in the hallway. Pillows cases were stained yellow. The fridge looked disgusting. It was so terrible I drove home 5 hours after a 12 hour day at the softball fields at 8pm because it was so horrible

Pros:

Staff was pleasant. Facilities were extremely dated and could seriously use a deep cleaning throughout the building, but our room was clean and hotel was incredibly quiet, so it fit our need for a quick overnighter.

Cons:

Facilities desperately need a deep cleaning, fresh coat of paint and some carpet cleaning.

It was OK we survived. Weather was good. Track meet was excellent.

The location was very small. There was only room 6 to 8 people we only the food was just ok we went a restaurant the next day overall I think the place needs to be renovated would make it a lot nicer location is in a good spot

I’m a breakfast guy food needed to have more choices. Some of the food was cold not very warm. And it was very tied in the little room the lobby.
