Great staff, great facilities, would like more transparency concerning room location.
Pros:

Great heated pools, proximity to beach, and amazing free breakfast.

Cons:

Booked a courtyard view, could only see the road outside of the window. Did not specify that there were multiple buildings with rooms so room locations varied. Beds could be more comfortable.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good and we appreciated the large overflow room when it became crowded. The hotel was located across the street from a nice strip mall including a grocery store and multiple restaurants, which was very convenient.

Cons:

The rooms are in separate building which we did not understand when booking and the walk from our building to the lobby with luggage was not great and nearly unmanageable.

Our retreat event was a perfect success!
Pros:

Our retreat event was a huge success. The location was close to the cruise port, which we embarked on after two nights at the hotel. The rooms in the suite building were great, clean, and quiet. They were in the same building as the breakfast and meeting space. The meeting space was perfect. We were able to arrange the room as we needed and put it back together after each day. The staff was accommodating with everything we needed. The breakfast was plentiful, a little crowded at times, but that is to be expected. The sales office team, Jenah and Cheryl were great with all the pre-planning that goes into a retreat event. Thank you for helping make our retreat experience great!

Not worth what we paid
Pros:

We had last minute change in travel plans due to flight delay and cancellation. We booked this the day of. The room was moldy and dirty. Clearly they don’t clean the rooms properly as we found another guests shoe near the bed. When I mentioned this to front desk all they said was oops and if we left it in an obvious spot for them to find. We literally found it just beside the bed…. We booked 2 rooms for 450$ each. I was expected a clean room at the very least….

Situation géographique très bien. Belle vue sur la mer avec le Pier d'un côté et le Kennedy center de l'autre. Accès direct à la plage. Très bien le balcon. Bonne literie.

Cons:

Le logement assez vieux et odeur désagréable (humidité, renfermé). Petit déjeuner vraiment pas top en terme de qualité.

Overall 10/10 for the price , view , beachaccess, breakfast especially their fresh yogurt!
Pros:

It really was a great hotel with a breathtaking view! Sunrises were just out of the world from the patio!

Cons:

Just that all the properties were at different locations and it was little inconvenient to get the cab to come to the right location and had to walk to the breakfast place!
