Location and staff was great

Cons:

Found roach as soon as enter running across the floor, towels were stains shower head spray hard and wet the floor.

The shuttle in the morning to the airport.

Cons:

The shuttle did not arrive for 30+ minutes at the airport so I had to take a taxi
The towels were not clean

Beds where soft and clean

Cons:

Low pressure in shower, and kinda of annoying that I had to check in talking to a guy on a computer when they have a desk clerk(lobby definitely was not busy) and breakfast was very limited and looked over cooked

Por mas que reiteramos que ya se habia cancelado la reservacion por medio de Booking, insistieron que debíamos darles la tarjeta para "cobrar la garantía", pero en el estado de cuenta nos sale el cobro de booking, el cobro EN EL HOTEL por el mismo monto y en reserva los $50 dolares de garantía.

Quiet area and affordable prices to stay.
Pros:

Quiet area and reasonable price for booking. I also like that they offer a shuttle to take you to the airport and other places if you didn't have transportation. The hotel desk attendant was very nice and pleasant and made our check in process easy.
