Bed bugs! Place needs condemned!

We didn't stay! There were bed bugs and a dead roach! Sink didn't work. No shower curtain, no towels. We tried to cancel after seeing the room. The place is a dump! Should be removed from all booking sites. I want a full refund!!! We left after five minutes. Not safe for an animal to stay at! I have video! Please! Give me a refund! Remove this dump from your booking site! My first experience with 'Booking.com' and your app! We are extremely disappointed! Had to pay $100 more dollars to stay at a clean, safe hotel down the road.

They had roaches bed bugs and there was blood on the floor I literally left 4 hours later and you guys refused my refund. Not will I not only will I never go back to that nasty hotel I will also never book with booking.com and I will tell everyone I know what how horrible your service and their hotel is

I didn't like the cockroaches I didn't like the bed bugs and I didn't like the blood on the floor they said they would give me a refund and when I tried to call their oil company that's what they said there was no answer they said oh push this number push this number and I did and I did and they told me to hold and somebody would get with me and then it just hung up on me. I'll never use booking.com again you guys are the worst. When I asked when I asked for a refund because I couldn't even get in touch with the people who were supposed to give me the refund after only saying 4 hours because I was drunk and the only reason I rented the room was because I had been drinking unless 4 hours later when I was sober enough to drive you refused my refund and everything they told me never happened so I'll never use booking.com again it is the worst service I've ever used every single time I've used booking.com it has been the worst room in the entire place I am done with this

Pros:

I drove at 10:30pm into a dark parking lot, to an abandoned looking place. Two other vehicles also drove in. I asked a fellow in a white truck if he was staying, he said heck no! We all had to look for other places to stay! All left!

Cons:

Booking. Com should do a complete investigation
before they list places!

The sheets were dirty, there was no wash clothes, one dirty used towel. There was a white powder dust all over the dresser, the nastiest hotel I’ve end been too.
