Like to thnk Mr kripashankar from laundry team.I would like to sincerely appreciate the laundry staff at the hotel for their excellent service. They were extremely professional, courteous, and attentive throughout my stay. The clothes were handled with great care, returned perfectly clean, fresh, and neatly pressed, and the turnaround time was impressive.
What stood out most was their willingness to help and their attention to even the smallest details. Their friendly attitude and commitment to providing good service truly made a difference.
A special thanks to the entire laundry team for their hard work and dedication. They are a valuable part of the hotel staff and deserve recognition for maintaining such high standards of service.

Unfortunately, the entire experience was deeply disappointing and fell drastically below the standards expected of the Wyndham and Ramada brand.
The initial room provided to us was in a pathetic condition and suffered from multiple structural and maintenance failures:
Broken Amenities: The washroom door knob was broken, making it inconvenient and frustrating to use.
Poor Room Design: The luggage rack shelf was rendered practically unusable due to a massive, poorly placed pillar cutting right through the designated storage space.
Faulty Plumbing & Rust: The hand shower in the shower panel was leaking heavily and spraying water all over the cubicle uncontrollably. Furthermore, multiple bathroom fittings were noticeably rusty.
When we were shifted to another room, the situation barely improved. The replacement room lacked basic room furnishings entirely—there was no proper armchair or wing chair to sit on. Instead, management had resorted to placing a random dining chair from the restaurant in the guest room.
For a hotel bearing the Ramada name, encountering this level of neglect, poor maintenance, and lack of proper furniture is completely unacceptable. It made for an uncomfortable, frustrating stay that did not stand up to even basic hospitality standards, let alone an international brand.
I expect management to take immediate steps to inspect these rooms, overhaul the maintenance, and ensure guests are not subjected to such conditions in the future.
Mobile internet was not working at the property. Wi-Fi was no working except reception area. Location far from city and difficult to find. Breakfast service was not good as per the standard of the hotel.
