Great location, wonderful staff: I hated to leave!
Pros:

The room I was given at first was large and comfortable, if a little dark. However, it faced a busy main road : I asked to be moved to a room at the back and this second one was very quiet. Comfortable bed, and spotlessly clean room. Location right in the heart of Milan, with an underground station across the road.
Great restaurant with epic risotto alla milanese!

Lo mejor es su ubicación, y el desayuno.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado hacia un ruido constante. Solicitamos desde el primer dia nos arreglasen el problema, porque el descanso no era posible, y no fue ni arreglado ni nos dieron otra habitación, ni tampoco nos dieron explicación alguna.

スフォルツェスコ城のすぐ近くで地下鉄の駅も目の前で立地が良く観光に大変便利でした。
ホテルに車で向かう途中に運悪く盗難に遭いましたが、ホテルのスタッフが警察や修理工場の場所を教えてくれて助かりました。
