A great stay!
Pros:

The location is excellent- close to visitor centre, transit, and good restaurants. The front desk staff are absolutely excellent. Thank you Virginia. Restaurant staff are responsive.

Cons:

The inconsistent heating system.
Suggest requesting a room away from the busy intersection, otherwise the room we were in was very noisy from Trams, trucks, buses.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel!
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, nach dieses Kriterium suche ich immer Hotel aus und ir wurden sehr angenehm überrascht!! Zimmer sind mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet! Das Hotel kann ich wärmstens empfehlen! Ein Tip, nicht alle Gäste nehmen diese Schaltkästen als auch Licht und weitere Möglichkeiten Zimmerbedinungen zu gesstallten! Wir haben auch eine eile gesucht, wie man Licht am Bett an und aus schaltet.

Cons:

Die Anmeldung an der Reeption hat zu lange gedauert, diese Eintragungen in PC kann man alle schon bereits erledigt haben und Kunden nach teilweise lange Anreise nich noch an Rezeption stehen lassen. Problematisch sind die Lifte, klein, so das größere Familie nicht zusammen passt rein.

Disappointed for the price
Pros:

Location is excellent

Cons:

For the price paid this is a very underwhelming hotel. I had a deluxe room which was very ordinary and the low point a shower with a dribble of hot water ..the breakfast was ok but nothing special….the whole thing was below expectations
