Absolutely amazing complimentary breakfast, best hotel breakfast I've ever had, truly. Amazing view from balcony, very calming and relaxing. Great indoor pool with great hours. Loved this hotel!!! This will be my number one choice for every pigeon forge trip from here on out!!!
The creek with the ducks were a lovely site to see from the balcony.
Quiet floor.

Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The staff was so polite and the rumors were so clean.
It was so relaxing and beautiful to look at.
clean and quiet
Beds are a little uncomfortable.
V. pleased with this place. Travel Partner wanted a quick getaway - thought we'd give this a try without all those darn tourists about. (grin) Also rates were low at this time.
Building is a little dated but nothing problematic. Room v. nice, bathroom much nicer with a great walk-in shower.
We were on parking side. You can pay extra for the river view, but... You can see the river, but all the rest of the local buildings, lights, etc. Can't recommend the up charge.
Morning breakfast good, more selections than usual hotel fare. Really, really like their all-the-time coffee and hot drinks dispenser in the lobby. BTW, the cocoa in pretty good. They also have evening popcorn too!
They're more of a resort than standard hotel. Roomy lobby, people gathered there in the evening to hang out and play board/card games. Didn't use their business center but did see multiple people there at times.
Just off the breakfast area is a covered patio, you can eat there in the morning and watch the local critters. Saw geese (of course!), ducks, and what google said was a Great Blue Heron. They have feeder dispensers (25 cents) and they are professional beggars, of course. Also a fire pit right off the patio.
They are right off the Parkway, center of PF. Easy enough to turn right toward G'burg. Little harder for a left, either immediately cross the lanes for a u-turn, or go down to Wears Valley road at the light and cut over to Teaster.
Parking is well lit
Puckett's is literally right across the parking lot. Short walk other way on sidewalk to Harpoon Harry's, Five Guys, etc.
We were there last week of Feb., and it was great. Almost everything was open, but traffic was mostly light. Travel Partner said this was so nice and we should do this again next year.
Everything was great, The breakfast, the room and the location. That's for an excellent vacation.
Gentleman at front desk was very professional. Breakfast was great and rooms clean as always. When in Pigeon Forge we only stay at the Inn.
I know its not the properties fault, but people staying there this time were rude and nasty during breakfast.
So clean and safe
Always a fabulous stay at Inn On The River. It has become our place to stay when we visit Pigeon Forge. Clean, comfortable, amazing staff. Located in the middle of everything. Reasonable prices. What’s not to like.
Great hotel have indoor and outdoor pools the outside fire pit is nice breakfast is good most important rooms are clean and staff is very nice parking is easy good value .
Great location especially being on the river, room was great with a great view of the river and watching the geese, ducks and other small wildlife while sitting on the balcony made it somewhat feel like it was not in the main part of town, also the rooms were not noisy and the complimentary breakfast was terrific and the staff was very friendly and courteous. We will be back to stay again.

Price, convenience and staff were excellent.
Parking was difficult unless you parked earlier in the evening and didn’t return too late. Otherwise you have to park behind the hotel.
