Pros:

The inn was decorated nicely, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the included breakfast had great variety and tasted great. Its the best included breakfast I've had. All staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

It was ok
Pros:

I thought the breakfast was ok. The eggs tasted like a mix and would have liked bacon other than just one day a week.

Cons:

The beds were too soft and housekeeping didn't make our beds while we were out and the sheets were old and fuzzy. There was dirt behind our bathroom door on arrival also.

I really liked my room with the fireplace and jacuzzi tub I also liked the view of the River from my room the evening events were great with the popcorn and 24/7 coffee and tea and drink service balcony was great very friendly and comfortable environment

Best lodging option in Pigeon Forge
Pros:

So much more than a chain hotel. Sitting on the edge of the river, it feels like you are in this wooded area, even though the business of Pigeon Forge is all around you. With all the perks (2 pools, cookies and popcorn to nibble on, huge breakfast bar} you feel like you're really at your grandmother's house, being taken care of by people who love you, and want to make you happy.
