The landscaping was beautiful they had several places you could sit by the river and relax. Close to everything,Staff was very pleasant a lot of room inside and out to eat breakfast. Beds were very comfortable ,walk in shower was great. And maintenance was out every morning cleaning up. And one neat thing was the bible was open and had a prayer printed for your stay. Whoever is in charge of this hotel is was great to religious options around. Could of used a comfortable chair in room
Reading people’s reviews said the breakfast was good well it really was just like any other hotel same options no real eggs, sausages every day where’s the bacon and one day we didn’t get down there till 9:30 and everything was pretty much gone and they didn’t even fill everything back up and there was a lot of people still wanting to eat.
We were in a room smaller than last time on the 4th floor. That was a little disappointing. The breakfast and the cleanliness were top level. No complaints there. The room was cleaned and the breakfast was hot with a variety.
My room was smaller.
The location and the river
Room size and distance to rooms
Very nice facilities
We loved everything about this place. The staff were very attentive and caring. The rooms were clean and the shower was spacious.
The rooms could be a bit bigger because the luggage trolly takes up what little walking space there is.
Close access to everything. Clean and comfortable. Large selection for breakfast and evening snacks. Staff is so helpful.
Nothing
, breakfast were great, hotel clean but location on the river was magnificent
rooms a little small
Everything was wonderful. Great Smoky Mountain vibe!
This is the second time we have stayed here. We came back because we had a great experience. The location, the beautiful river, the room the people who work there and the breakfast was all great. We will come back again.
Nothing! Keep doing a great job!
Good breakfast
Lighting in room. Too dark
Beautiful view & very friendly staff!
The elevator was broke at the time of our checkout, so we had to take the stairs with very heavy luggage.
Me and my husband recently went back to our favorite place the Inn on the River. The atmosphere and the rooms are always nice, and they did some new recent updated touches that made it feel even more homey than it already does. My husband has PTSD and feels right at home and relaxed. It is definitely an amazing place for veterans and families. This is one of the best quietest, calming, relaxing, places that we go and stay, and we absolutely love being there have been going for many years and many times in the year. We look forward to many more stays and excellent memories at our home away from home.
We loved the hotel. It was amazing because we was on the river and the shower was amazing. Staff was friendly. Popcorn and cookies and drinks were served nightly 7 to 10. We'll be back
Loved it all
