Awesome, clean, family friendly experience.
Pros:

Absolutely loved our stay here. Family friendly, FANTASTIC breakfast. The staff are accommodating and kind. Great location. Very clean. They had a little area downstairs to just relax, there’s board games and a few things for the kids to play with. Absolutely would stay here again.

Very nice hotel, would definitely return!
Pros:

Such a cute hotel right on the main strip with nice views of the river from the balcony. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Nice outside seating overlooking the river.

Cons:

Our air conditioner was pretty loud when cycling on/off which kept me up at night.

Overall, a great place to stay. In the center of Pigeon Forge, easy access to shops and shows.
Pros:

I had a balcony room, first floor, and was greeted by geese, ducks, and other birds in the area. It was nice to watch them in the morning on the river and walk down the path. The staff was great. I loved having my bed made up and room tidy when I would arrive back to the room in the evening. The breakfast bar was great! Staff was on standby to refill any items that would run low. Excellent choices and good variety. In the evening, there were cookies and hot apple cider, and later on there would be fresh popped popcorn. I looked forward to the evenings with the extra goodies. The fireplace gave a relaxing environment as well. I did not use the heated pool or outdoor pool, but it was available for use. I will stay here again.

Cons:

I can't think of anything about the facility that needs improving at this time.

My experience was delightful and exceeded my expectations
Pros:

The hotel was amazing especially for the price. The morning view for breakfast was a great experience. The breakfast was also very good, the bed was very soft and comfortable, everything was very clean. Dottie checked us in and she was very pleasant and helpful.
