Generous size room. Handy location.
Lift was out. The description of my room listed a coffee machine and safe but my room had neither. It also listed streaming services but everything on the tv said no service, even the free to air. A few charging points near the bed would be handy, I had to squeeze behind the bedside to plug in my own.
Good
The staff was friendly and helpful
Very clean room, great price.
Breakfast was a grab and go bag. We expected a place to sit and eat actual breakfast food. I had a pop tart and my husband had a nutri-grain bar.
Pool was nice but the pool furniture was old and broken. Lobby was very small.
Excellent
Excellent
Older hotel but very clean and bed was comfortable, staff was super friendly.
Good location for those who want to be in Holland but not downtown, room was clean, staff was friendly
There were a lot of random people lurking around the property, the pool didn’t match the pictures, the building isnt secured, anyone could walk in and the rooms not in use are propped open. The carpet in the hall was pretty gross. There were a lot of pungent odors. Our key cards were deactivated daily, we had to go down every day to get them reactivated. They said it was out phones but we didn’t have them near each other. No one asked for ID when getting the cards reactivated which again is a security concern. Also something gave me an asthma attack everyday. Typically only happens when around mold. I did see mold on the shower curtain but no where else.
