Wonderful
Pros:

The propriety is located in a very good position, very central and close to shops and restaurants. The staff is very nice and helpful, breakfast was great and the room was really nice and clean.

Würde ich nie wieder buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage war gut. Das Personal war teils - teils. Eine Kakerlake im Flur. Heizung/ Lüftung ging nicht.

Cons:

Badezimmer roch nach Urin. Kakerlake im Gang. Frühstück eine 2 von 10. verschimmeltes Obst.

Würde es nie wieder buchen.
Pros:

Lage war gut. Unser Zimmer war schön groß. Nur die Zimmer oben, die mehr kosten sind schön. Die unteren sind überhaupt nicht schön. Dunkel und eng.

Cons:

Einer Kakerlake im Gang. Frühstück katastrophal. Verschimmeltes Obst. Nicht alles Gleichzeitig bereitgestellt. Immer wieder innerhalb 1 Stunde kam frühstückessachen an.

Good location. They should remove breakfast included
Pros:

The location is perfect. No need to spend on taxi. Cleaners are good

Cons:

The breakfast included is nonsense. The kitchen staff served food as we are begging for meal. No hot water. When I complained they gave warm water. They are reluctant to stand up.cold meal as well

Otel ürünü değildi. Kahvaltı ortalamanın altındaydı ve resepsiyondakilar dışında çalışanları hiç sevemedim. Yani otel fiyat performans olarak kötüydü. Özellikle burayı tercih ettiğim için pişman oldum.

They leave families stranded and then have the nerve to ask us to cancel for them. Zero stars for this garbage heap

Their talent for sending a 'don't come' message at 8:00 AM on the day of arrival is truly impressive. If they managed the hotel as well as they manage to ghost their guests, they’d have 5 stars by now.

Cons:

Total lack of professionalism. Claiming a 'water problem' on the very morning of check-in is the oldest and cheapest excuse in the book. Even worse, they had the audacity to ask ME to cancel the reservation so they could avoid platform penalties. They don't just have a water problem; they have a serious integrity and management problem. Left a family stranded in a foreign city without blinking an eye.

Overall I would recommend this hotel for price , location and cleanliness
Pros:

Great location- a easy to walk to everywhere
Good room with spotless bedding
Cleaners were very efficient
Comfortable bed
Good shower

Cons:

Breakfast was hideous- everything was cold and very little choice- we had to wait for coffees for about 15 mins
We’re still waiting for an omelette!😂
The shower had no door which meant we pretty much flooded the bathroom every shower
The cleaners left our room door open so anyone could walk in- though we did mention this to staff and it stopped
