Cons:

The hotel facilities are generally okay, and the staff was friendly during my stay.
However, I had a very serious issue regarding the security deposit.

At check-in, I was charged a $100 deposit, and I was clearly informed that it would be refunded at check-out. At check-out, they confirmed again that the amount would be returned. However, the deposit was processed as an actual charge, not just a temporary authorization.

It has now been one week, and I have not received the refund. Despite reaching out, I have not received a proper resolution. I feel misled, taken advantage of, and robbed. This has never happened to me before at any hotel.

This situation completely undermines the experience and trust in the hotel. I expect an urgent resolution, as this is unacceptable.

Quarto espaço para os padrões das redes tradicionais americanas.
Serviço de arrumação com troca de toalhas diário.
Durante 9 dias teve 1 troca de jogo camas.
Quarto com micro-ondas , frigobar, secador cabelo e banheiro com shampoo, condicionador e sabonete.
Hotel com máquina de lavar e secar roupas.

Pros:

Lokalizacja super , nie daleko lotniska , w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie sklepy ,restauracje , usługi . Pokój schludny , łóżka wygodne , hotel w sam raz na pierwszą noc po przylocie do LA.

Cons:

Śniadanie niestety zaskoczyło nas negatywnie , dalekie on naszych europejskich ! Amerykanie śniadań mogą uczyć się od nas !Same suche produkty typu płatki czy ciastka , kawa w dowolnej ilości lecz też słabej jakości .

This hotel is made for people with cars.
Pros:

Mike is a great Manager. I had an argument with him about the misleading advertising as I booked that room for its few minutes from major attractions. But I will have to write another story about it.

Cons:

Its location was terrible for me. It’s was not what I was expecting. A nightmare.
