Very clean!!!! Safe, comfortable
The room smelled of pets and it wasn’t clean. The microwave didn’t work
We had a long standing 2-night reservation. A family emergency prevented us from arriving on evening #1. When we tried to check in the next morning, were told our reservation had been cancelled because we were a "no show". No room, no apology, no empathy. We found a room at another hotel, where we were treated with respect. Big fail for Sleep Inn!
Peggy at the desk was such a delightful person. She recommended the restaurant called The Chop House in town just a few miles away. Excellent food great servers and a jalapeno margarita that was the best I have ever had!! Very wonderful stay after a long drive.
I checked in at about 11 pm, and at 8 am, housekeeping was waking me up to clean the room.
Tv did not work , called to have someone look at it and no one showed up , power has been out 2 times …. I feel like I need some of my money back
Staff was great!
Pictures of this hotel are deceiving at best. Reception desk put us in the back building, first floor. Stayed with family so reserved two rooms which both are in need of some serious painting and updating. Paint chips in the ceiling. Although the bed was comfortable, I couldn't sleep due to the air conditioner noise. We don't like it cold so when we turned down the air conditioner, the room got wet bc of humidity. Breakfast was very little.
The room we had was near I-20 and very noisy all through the night. Also the ventilation was poor. They did have a portable dehumidifier due to the design and age of the building envelope. They are pet friendly and reasonably priced.
Cleanliness was terrible in the room. Shower head was leaking and spraying on wall towards sink. Had spider webs in corners of room.
Very nice, quiet, no issues. Amazing staff! Could have used a little more cleaning but other than that not to bad.
Friendly, helpful and respectful front desk staff. The woman at the front desk was very accommodating when I asked for ground floor rooms. Clean rooms with everything we needed. Get area for my dog to exercise. Very safe area with easy access and plenty of parking.
Slept well despite the old musty room and overall dinginess of this old Quality Inn. Pool not open still in June?? Not recommended when there are newer better options so close by to this place.
Very outdated. Bathroom exhaust fan not working and stains in tub.
Nice and quiet in this hotel just before Christmas. The bed was comfortable and the WIFI signal was nice and comfortable. I had no issues at all. The check and out was simple and customer service was GOOD. I did not get any breakfast because I already had everything in my room. I would stay here again if passing thru.
The room was well appointed and clean, but the good news stops there.
The flat screen television did not work. Desk clerk got it going once, but after she left the room it stopped working, and would not start.
The built in fixtures include a strip of power outlets for use in charging the various items we carry these days. That would have been great, had they worked, but they did not. Now that I think of it, the same problem was true when we stayed at this hotel last year. The desk lamp was nice, and contained a power outlet in its base. But the outlet was dead. The rolling desk was nice.
These people have tried to update the motel, but they need to try harder and see to it that everything works as it should.
Stopped for the night while headed North. We have a 20 lb. dog. Peggy in the office is absolutely wonderful. She had me smiling. She is a great people person. The beds were comfortable, and the room first appeared clean. Something jagged was sticking out under my bed. I thought it was a big lizard. I thumped and it did not move. I then realized it was a child’s dinosaur. Later, while in the bathroom, I noticed a baby bottle on the floor by the ironing board. There was also what appeared to be feces on the wall below the toilet paper holder. There is no way that the room had been cleaned properly. It clearly had not been swept/mopped. We did get a good nights rest.
I filed a written complaint with Quality Inn because the receptionist lied that the room was not ready when it actually was. I sat quietly for 2 hours before they let me occupy the room. I finished my stay without further incident. Months later the receptionist called me to tell me not to stay there any more.
Trip Advisor readers can tell I tend to write positive reviews whenever I can. However if something happens that others should know about, as in this instance, I will provide that information. Fortunately there are friendly and much better choices in Madison Georgia.
Great place to stay. Gal at the front desk was SO friendly. Rooms are very clean. I would definitely recommend this place. Light breakfast foods are served from 6-9. Plenty of fast food/ restaurant options close by. Several within walking distance.
Worst stay. Don’t waste your money here. Room was as basic as it gets. Older dingy looking room. Toilet didn’t want to flush. My room had spiders and so did others. There was another guy complaining to staff about bug problems. Staff was rude. Restroom in lobby was out of order. Chairs in lobby were dingy and dirty. Did not even want to eat the free breakfast. Charged me $162.07
While this Inn was conveniently located, the room was in terrible condition. The floors were wet from condensation, couch was dirty and moldy, ceiling was so damp it was about to cave in. Air conditioning units were leaking onto sidewalks in front of entries to rooms, causing a hazard. This Inn obviously didn't provide the quality we expected from the Quality Inn.
