Mal aseo de la habitación y tenia una gotera en el techo y en la madrugada nos cayo el agua en la cabeza tuvimos que arrimar todo porque se mojó también la sábana y la almohada

1. False advertisement on Villa Amara. The published rate of the hotel was 25% cheaper than what you offered
2. Room was falsely described (I now have pictures of the description vs what was provided)
3. Travelocity failed to provide a resolution ( this chat provides two agents staring “ they are looking into it without giving updates )
4. Room was unsafe and I was unable to lock it
5. Holes in the wall
6. Noisy
7. Room was smelly
8 Room was described as to be occupied for over 10 people. It had two double beds
9. Three agents at the chat were unable to provide a response
10. I left the hotel
