The property was noisy . There were rats on the ceiling and cockroaches in the room.

The property is good reflection of what is advertised. What affects my overall score is that when dining, the restaurant closed early and no packing area for your car.

Proximity to the CBD is ideal

Property is clean, crispy sheets and new towels everyday.

The communication with the hotel was not good at all. We booked it last minute because of the airport shuttle. The hotel was not willing to pick us up from the airport. The condition of the hotel was not great and it seemed like it was still under construction. The room was okay, on the smaller side compared to what I expected. The bathroom was not in a good state/condition, seemed unfinished and very small. The bedroom was also not up to standard. The linen was dirty and had various and numerous stains. My brother and I decided to sleep on top of the bed linen as it was not clean enough to sleep under the bed linen. When we went for the “breakfast”, it was in a very small room and did not look clean at all. The hygiene could have been a lot better. The cups were not clean and I noticed a few flies as well. There was no menu for breakfast and when we asked what was for breakfast, there was very little to offer.

Overall, the communication from the hotel could have been a lot better.

All good no complaints I rate highly one of the guys in the reception with the help of arranging transport for me

There is a real value for money. I saw exactly what l read online. This is the best hotel l will recommend for people and you will never regret it.

The general politeness among the staff, and nice staff at breakfast.
I would love to come back another time.

Good location. Excellent staff. Celso very helpful and good English. Supermarket and cafe next door. Insecticide should be available at all times, otherwise an excellent stay.

The staff is helpful and friendly. Transportation is quick and easy.

Best central location in city center accessible by foot or Chopela or taxi located on corner Eduardo mondlane and Karl MARX across Ronil. I have stayed here many times in the past and it still very cozy but I feel housekeeping is not keeping up to clients basic needs and I did mention my concern to the Management.
I booked the family room as always since it's the ONLY room with a window and I can breathe fresh air!.
Day 1 they forgot soap and toilet paper. When I asked, they said they had requested management and it would be given later but never did. Only got next day. White Pillow case had a big stain and pillow was flipped upside down to hide it. Second day
the hot water was not working. However it was fixed but the housecleaning guy never came to clean the mud from the technician shoes even when asked to and room not cleaned and Bed was not made!
But restaurant annexed served good sandwiches and cakes. I enjoyed all breakfast there at reasonable price. Parking outside on the road is not recommended - they steal everything! Hotel has a sign which says they are not responsible even though they do have a night security on duty. Front desk personnel and manager are very friendly and very accomodating/helpful.
However private parking across the street will let u park for 200mtstill 5 am. Then remove it! Else pay 1000mts.

We stayed only one night while in transit. The family room has a good size. Staff were really nice and helped us with airport transfer.
