Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist bemerkenswert und sie haben uns einen zimmerwechwel ermöglicht. Das Thema Zimmer ist traurig aufgrund des ungenutzten Potenzials. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt um die Altstadt zu besichtigen und das Hotel verfügt über einen guten Parkplatz.

Cons:

Vier Sterne sind ein Witz für das Hotel. Es hat die besten Jahre hinter sich und man muss sagen, dass es sehr viel Potenzial hat. Die Liebe des Eigentümers sieht man aber nicht. Zimmer dunkel und muffig - Zimmer 115 ist in einer rotunde ohne Fahrstuhl und beengt (großer Koffer hat man Probleme die kleinen Stufen hochzutragen). Zimmer haben einen sehr muffigen Geruch. Wasserdruck ist nicht vorhanden.
Das Frühstück für 18€ sparrt man sich bitte und geht umliegend essen. Ich kann mich nicht erinnern, wann ich das letzte Mal in Plastik verpackte muffins gesehen haben, eine Pancake Maschine, Eier selber kochen und ein paar Platten mit einer Sorte Schinken bzw. Käse (plus Schafskäse extra). Lieblos und ohne Mühe. Das Bild bei booking vom Frühstück ist ein Fake und das hatten wir erwartet.
Das Hotel hat uns die Zeit in Avignon leider kaputt gemacht. Wir haben uns mit dem Preis abgezockt gefühlt.
Ich hoffe, dass die beim Eigentümer ankommt und man von einer copy Paste Nachricht absieht wie sie hier schon mehrfach zu lesen ist.

Stunning hotel, with lots of hidden extras...worth the trip.
Pros:

What a stunning location! A 18th century former monastery transformed into a luxurious hotel. The buildings are magnificent, the gardens and trees are majestic. The pool was a let down, very small with a dirty green ring around it, but drinks by the pool in the sun nearly made up for that.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially the doorman/ concierge lovely man.

Cons:

The rooms, advertised as 4 star, were closer to 3 star...beds ok, pillows poor quality and our shower did not have hot water. They moved us to another room, but then no walk in shower and the hand held shower was tricky to manage.

Kort veg fra stasjonen. Fint oppussett kloster. Fikk oppgradert rom med badekåper. God frokost med både juspressemaskin og morsom pannekakeautomat.

Cons:

Manglet tilgang til wifi internett i sengerom på nr 116 pga. tykke murvegger. Litt dårlig lukt fra sluk? på baderom. Simpel fasadekledning på nybygget fasade mot gaten.

Ein wunderbarer Ort mit ausgezeichneter Lage, aber nicht das beste Zimmer.

Wir waren das zweite mal hier auch wegen der außergewöhnlichen Unterkunft und der hervorragenden Lage. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend.

Cons:

Wir hatten das erste mal ein Zimmer im Neubau, mit dem wir sehr zufrieden waren. Dieses mal waren wir in Zimmer 129 im kleinen Turm zum Parkplatz raus untergebracht. Das hat uns nicht gefallen. Die Toilettenspülung war nicht ganz in Ordnung und mit meiner Knieverletzung war das nicht das ideale Zimmer. Auch die Ausstattung fanden wir nicht gelungen mit einem Laminatboden, wo sonst alles altes Holz ist.

Cons:

After we emailed the hotel prior ri arrival to ask for parking, we arrived at reception only to find out that the payable car park was a walk from the hotel, we were given directions but could not find the car park, and to be honest felt a little mislead.

Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, tolle Atmosphäre, großes Zimmer, auch die Lage am Eingang des Stadtkerns war perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden, aber auch für Ausflüge ins Umland. Kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz mit fairem Preis direkt am Hotel. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Optimal für die Anreise mit dem PKW, da Parkplatz vorhanden. Das Gebäude insgesamt hat Flair und die Lage ist zentral. Auch toll, dass es einen Pool am Dach gibt. Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoß war jedoch sehr düster und wenig einladend.

Cons:

Was put in Room 422 with little to no ac. Complained to staff and told no other rooms even offering to pay upgrade. After 3 days, insisted staff to visit room, 32C, and they quickly found another room.

Historisches Gebäude in toller Lage
Pros:

Tolles Hotel in einem historischen Gebäude mit schönem Innenhof, langen Gängen und Terrasse mit Pool am Dach nur wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Das Personal war super. Unser Zimmer im Dachgeschoss mit kleinem Bad und Schlafbereich oberhalb. Fantastisches Bett.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war in Kombination mit einem Standventilator leider etwas laut.

Ein wunderschönes Ambiente. Aus dem ehemaligen Kloster wurde ein sehr angenehmes Hotel. Pool mit Dachterrasse ist sehr schön. Gute Ausgangslage für in die Stadt und schnell zum Bahnhof.

Cons:

Es war alles sehr gut. Aufenthalt war leider viel zu kurz.
