Very good, but......
Pros:

The room and convenient location to the station

Cons:

Reception area was too small and a bad experience for guests and staff. Only 2 people on breakfast not good enough. They did a very adequate job but choice of food suffered.

Die Lage ist super .. alles fussläufig erreichbar

Die Bilder im Netz sind entweder uralt oder sehr gut bearbeitet.. der Innenhof ist trostlos.. alles etwas lieblos und schmuddelig… poolbereich war geschlossen… Zimmer lieblos .. einzige deko war ein kleiner und krumpeliger Wandteppich … Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer aber weder Kaffee noch Tee … Zimmer im Dachgeschoss gehabt aber wegen Regen keine Lüftung möglich.. Matratze extrem weich … . Wir waren sehr enttäuscht ..

Das Hotel hat nicht gehalten was es im Internet verspricht.
Pros:

ausgezeichnete Lage für Zugreisende und als Ausgangspunkt für Stadtbesichtigungen

Cons:

Die Hotel- und Zimmereinrichtung entspricht nicht einem 4*-Standard. Die Möblierung im Superior-DZ war lieblos ohne Material- und Stilkonzept. Im Badezimmer sind Dichtungsfugen schimmlig oder z.T. aufgelöst. Duschen geht nur in der Badewanne, die aber verkehrt eingebaut ist. Der Duschschlauch muss von der Armatur über die gesamte Badewannenlänge zur gegenüberliegenden Wand gezogen werden, damit die Brause dort eingehängt werden kann.
Das Evakuierungskonzept hat bei zwei Feueralarmen, die sich glücklicherweise als Fehlalarme herausgestellt haben, nicht funktioniert. Vom Personal war niemand auf den Stockwerken um die Gäste aus den Zimmern zum Rettungsplatz zu leiten, bzw. über den Alarm zu informieren.

Angenehmes Hotel am Rande der Innenstadt von Avignon

Ein ungewöhnliches Hotel in einem früheren Kloster. Sehr stilvoll.

Cons:

Die Rezeption war an einer ungünstigen Stelle. Sobald mehr als ein Gast dort stand, konnte man kaum dort vorbei ins Zimmer gelangen. Das ist kein vier Sterne Niveau
