Die Lage des Hotels ist top,zentral gelegen und dennoch absolut ruhig.
Die Duschmöglichkeiten sind eingeschränkt,die Belüftungsabdeckung viel aus der Wand und führte zu einer leichten Verletzung am Zeh. Trotz einer Reklamation geschah nichts,noch nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung.

Superior Room we booked was filthy, smelled of sewage and was difficult to access because of steep stairs We complained and were upgraded to a better room but the toilet was downstairs from the bedroom. The stairs were steep and narrow.
Emplacement idéal dans le centre ville d'Avignon, à 2mn de la magnifique place des Corps Saints et à 2mn à pied de la gare Centre. Lieu historique superbe, personnel très accueillant et disponible. Chambre très spacieuse (3ème étage) mais un peu mal isolée (on avait l'impression que les clients qui empruntaient les escaliers à côté de la chambre rentraient dans notre chambre). A proximité immédiate du rooftop et de la piscine (idéal en cas de canicule) !

Il personale alla reception però è stato gentile.
Sporco, trascurato, assolutamente quanto più lontano da un quattro stelle io abbia mai visto!
In camera (una superior con balcone)prese di corrente lontanissime dal letto, in terrazza uno sporco indicibile e le sedie mezze rotte. Nelle sale comuni c’erano ancora le stelle di Natale di plastica impolverate, in piscina la scaletta di accesso non era fissata. Tralascio la descrizione dei bagni ma non migliorano la situazione.il posto auto in uno spiazzo sterrato potrebbe almeno essere compreso nel costo della camera che è veramente alto rispetto alla quantità.

On vous pousse à vous garer dans le parking de l'hôtel sans vous dire qu'il est payant (mais j'étais prévenu grâce à la lecture des avis sur l'hôte), et même si vous n'y restez qu'un jour et le signaler, ou tente de vous facturer tous les jours de votre Le principal point négatif concerne le parking. On vous invite à y stationner sans préciser clairement qu'il est payant. Heureusement, j'avais lu les avis précédents et j'étais donc informé. Malgré le fait que je n'y sois resté qu'une seule journée et que je l'aie signalé, on a tout de même tenté de me facturer l'ensemble de la durée de mon séjour. Ce type de situation mériterait d'être évité.
Par ailleurs, le standing général ne correspond pas tout à fait à ce que l'on attend d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. C'est notamment le premier établissement où l'on m'a demandé une préautorisation de 50 € par jour, restituée en fin de séjour. Enfin, l'entrée de l'hôtel manque de caractère et de mise en valeur. Quelques aménagements simples (une signalétique plus élégante, des potelets avec cordons ou un panneau d'accueil plus soigné) aiderai, mais c'est absent.

Geen bar om tijdens de dag iets te drinken (op het aangename binnenplein).
The setting in the old monastic building is spectacular and proximity to all the sites in Avignon is excellent.
