Beautiful and calm place with original architecture and cool design choices. It also comes with a medieval chapel. Very friendly staff and the pool is a definite plus. Comfy and clean room. Excellent location for train travel and direct access to centre ville.
The AC was helpful in 39 C outside, but it still got warm in the room at night. A few more umbrellas at the roof pool could be helpful for shade.
Si es una estructura histórica con un patio interno con árboles grandes y jardín interior muy bonito, buena atención del personal, el desayuno tipo buffet variado y rico. Inclusive tiene una Iglesia con vitrales muy bonitos. Dentro del casco histórico con estacionamiento al lado del hotel y a distancia de a pie del Palacio de los Papas.
Erg mooie locatie met een mooie binnentuin, goede bedden en grote kamers.
De bedjes bij het zwembad zijn niet comfortabel, je kunt er alleen zitten en niet liggen. Ligbedden die zacht zijn zouden het comfort enorm verbeteren. Ook was de wc bij onze kamer niet goed schoon en stonk de wc.

Die Türen zwischen dem Vorraum/WC und dem Zimmer quietscht dermassen, dass in der Nacht alle wach sind - nicht nur die im gleichen Zimmer. Wir haben eine Schuhsohle zum offenhalten unter die Tür gequetscht, so hat sie zumindest nicht gequietscht. Der Wasserhahn im Bad wackelte, die Dusche ist am falschen Ort montiert, sodass das ganze Bad beim Duschen nass wird...... es gibt viele kleine Dinge, die einfach lieblos und nicht durchdacht sind, die andere Reisende auch schon bemängelt haben.
Das Personal am Frontdesk macht Dienst nach Vorschrift. Kein "bon voyage" am Ende, kein "bienvenu" am Anfang.
La chambre est spacieuse.
La chambre est vraiment vieillotte. il n'y a aucune décoration (nous sommes dans un cloître mais tout de même). l'éclairage n'est vraiment pas terrible. La climatisation semble très ancienne et était très peu efficace, il faisait 30 dans la chambre alors que les mûrs sont très épais et en pierre...

Excellent emplacement, cadre historique, parking et piscine en plein centre. Personnel très accueillant, attentionné et de bon conseil. Chambres confortables. Bon petit déjeuner.
Peut être envisager une douche à l'italienne, et des peignoirs de bain. Eviter les chambres du rez de jardin.
