E' stato un bel soggiorno, ma state piu' attenti al servizio di contabilita'.
Pros:

La posizione al centro di Avignone, il servizio di prima colazione, l'ampiezza della camera, la comodita' del parcheggio,il bell'ambiente ed arredamento

Cons:

Scarsa ventilazioe del bagno, doccia scomoda. Il servizio di contabilta' che, dopo il check_out con l'addebito della cifra totale pattuita sulla carta di credito, senza alcun avviso ne' apparente motivo, ha pre-autorizzato un ulteriore cifra pari circa al 50% della cifra totale pattutita.
Respingo la risposta dell'hotel, perche' la fattura emessa da 2145 euro comprendeva gia' gli extra e quindi non c'era bisogno di un ulertiore alleggerimento della carta di credito per 1111 euro, Dopo 9 giorni dal saldo tale disponibilita' non e' ancora stata ripristinata salla carta di credito.

Magnifique établissement très calme, idéalement situé, dans le cadre atypique d’un ancien couvent, petit déjeuner parfait, au calme, avec du vrai miel, du vrai pain, du vrai jus d’orange … tout ce qu’on aime ( et suffisamment rare pour être mentionné ) ! Nous reviendrons !

Cons:

Des soucis de mauvaises odeurs dans l’entrée de la chambre signalés dès notre arrivée, mais gérés professionnellement par le chef réceptionniste et compensés par un geste commercial approprié

Die Lage ist phänomenal in Fußmarsch vom Bahnhof zu erreichen.
Witzig ebenfalls ein Hotel in eine alte Burg zu machen.

Cons:

Es ist laut, modrig und im Bad war Schimmel.

Nous avons dû changer de chambre, car la 1ère était sous le toit et sans clim avec 29 dg dehors.
De plus petite on aurait dit ( une chambre de bonne )

Très bonne experience
Pros:

Très bel hotel, extrêmement bien situé et l’environnement est assez safe. Je suis sortie et rentré tard le soir et tout s’est très bien passé. Le personnel est accueillant, agréable et efficace.
Petit déjeuner très bon.

Bon séjour pour 1 nuit mais un peu déçu pour un 4 étoiles

L’emplacement

Cons:

Les photos ne reflètent pas le lieu. La piscine est invisible car sur le toit , les extérieurs sont mal entretenus et les équipements sont vieillissants. Et la Clim n’est pas individuelle donc nous avons eu très chaud car l’hôtel était en « mode chauffage »….

Nous avons été très déçus de notre séjour.
Pros:

Architecture du bâtiment ancien. Le calme.

Cons:

La chambre dans la partie moderne. Nous en avons changé.
La réalité ne correspond pas aux photos vues sur booking.
La salle de bains sans chauffage dans la deuxième chambre !
La TV qui ne fonctionnait pas bien.
La tâche d’humidité suite à une infiltration d’eau dans la chambre.
Pas de bar pour prendre un verre.
Piscine fermée et pas d’information à la réservation.
