Lovely boutique hotel but staff needs training
Pros:

Very clean, full of charm property. Good price considering the location and amenities

Cons:

Had 2 unprofessional interactions with the staff:
- on arrival (it was around 9.30 pm to be fair) the reception guy was sat in one of the lounges speaking on his phone. We initially thought he was a hotel guest as he made no effort to acknowledge us or the reception phone we were ringing.
-The next day my husband had a door slammed on him by maintenance staff. The staff did apologise but it felt a bit too little to late considering the door itself is positioned next to the elevator (small area where people wait for the lift) and opens outwards with no clear signage that it is there to prevent accidents.

Pros:

Everything … hotel is not to big, this we like and have french tach, which was also prioritet for us. Not to forget to mentioned that breakfast is very good.
