Dear Customer Service,

I am very disappointed with my recent experience and request a full refund.

I stayed at your hotel many years ago and had a great experience, which is why I booked an extra night for my children after their Eurostar train to London was cancelled due to the heatwave while I had already left Paris for work.

Unfortunately, there were bugs in the room and the beds. My child now has multiple bites and a skin rash and is very distressed. They are travelling back to London today, where I will be taking them to the hospital.

I expect a full refund. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to seek legal advice and contact my embassy.

I look forward to your urgent response.

Hotel clásico y elegante, muy chic en un barrio tranquilo a solo dos cuadras de la Avda Champs-Élysées, comercios de lujo y variedad de restaurantes en la zona. Acceso al metro a pocos metros. Exquisita decoración, muebles de estilo y finos detalles. Atención muy amable de su personal. Desayuno fantástico, variedad y calidad de productos, perfectamente atendido por un señor muy amable del que lamentablemente no sé su nombre. Definitivamente será mi lugar si regreso a Paris.
