A PLEASANT Stay, beyond expectation !!!
Pros:

We choosed the hotel because close to where my family and relatives live. Many nice facilities around the area and the big hospital nearby. We found many great restaurants, markets, malls not so far, cafes and 24 hours laundry service just accros the street.
The staff are super professional and super friendly. I miss this kind of old vibes good quality hotel. We extended our stay here just because we like it so much. The big lobby and rooftop is a nice place to hang out and meet up with friends. My husband and son love the swimming pool. They have a nice kids program for the kids on the weekend. Keep up the good work Avenzel Hotel!!!

Great Lunch Options and Outstanding Service from Mr. Kevin
Pros:

Had lunch on the 2nd floor — lots of interesting choices and tasty food. The staff seemed a bit tired though, not many smiles. There’s also a massage chair on the same floor, which is nice for a quick relax.

The hotel lobby is spacious and comfortable. What impressed me the most was the service from Mr. Kevin — from helping with free parking, carrying my luggage from the room, to assisting when I paid my laundry bill, he was always there. Even when I picked up my car, it was him again! Big thanks to Mr. Kevin, truly excellent service! 👍

Good experience
Pros:

A nice and very luxurious hotel. I stayed here for two nights while attending a company event. The service was very friendly, especially the front office staff who were very helpful. Mr. Ade and his team really gave their best. I hope they will continue to maintain this level of service. Keep up the good work, Avenzel Hotel!

A thank you note from Thailand
Pros:

Great room and service. It's my first trip to the neighborhood. The hotel was booked for me and my friend by our sponsor. We only spent our nights, have breakfast, then on our way to the show.
The hotel plays a good role of making our trip much more convenient.
