Had lunch on the 2nd floor — lots of interesting choices and tasty food. The staff seemed a bit tired though, not many smiles. There’s also a massage chair on the same floor, which is nice for a quick relax.

The hotel lobby is spacious and comfortable. What impressed me the most was the service from Mr. Kevin — from helping with free parking, carrying my luggage from the room, to assisting when I paid my laundry bill, he was always there. Even when I picked up my car, it was him again! Big thanks to Mr. Kevin, truly excellent service! 👍

A nice and very luxurious hotel. I stayed here for two nights while attending a company event. The service was very friendly, especially the front office staff who were very helpful. Mr. Ade and his team really gave their best. I hope they will continue to maintain this level of service. Keep up the good work, Avenzel Hotel!

Great room and service. It's my first trip to the neighborhood. The hotel was booked for me and my friend by our sponsor. We only spent our nights, have breakfast, then on our way to the show.
The hotel plays a good role of making our trip much more convenient.

The hotel really stands out with its luxurious and elegant atmosphere right from the lobby, the spotless cleanliness of the rooms, and the complete, modern facilities.

Outstanding Staff Service: The warmth and responsiveness of the staff are the real five-star aspect here. We received incredibly responsive and professional service. Specifically, a big shout-out goes to Ibu Dian, Ibu Anggita, and Bapak Kevin. They went above and beyond to help me and my business partners, making sure all our needs were smoothly met during our stay. Their service truly made our visit special and hassle-free.

Rooms and Cleanliness: The rooms are spacious with a modern, elegant design, guaranteeing a comfortable rest. The cleanliness standards—both in the rooms and general hotel areas—are maintained excellently.

Facilities and Breakfast: The breakfast spread is very diverse, delicious, and high-quality, which is a huge bonus. Other facilities, like the fitness center and meeting rooms, are also well-maintained.

But, there's one small thing to note from our visit: the swimming pool area was a bit inconvenient because there's currently some construction going on. However, this is just temporary and didn't really detract from our overall comfort in the rooms and meeting spaces.

Overall, Avanzel Hotel and Convention Cibubur is an excellent choice that provides a 4-star standard service which actually exceeded our expectations. We would definitely be happy to come back here again!

1. Laundry service is not good. Always needs us to request back the clothes

3.Room air condition fan is quiet. Nice!
4.Shower room floor is too slippery
5.Window curtain light leaking. Not good
6.Gym close time 20:30 is too early. Suggest change to 21:30

best family friendly hotel in cibubur. Has the best facilities such as swimming pool with infinity pool and children's pool, gym, whirlpool, karaoke room, spa, sauna, steam, all okay. The restaurant also serves delicious menu, the best in skylounge Zoetrope. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, the staff are helpfull & friendly.

We stayed at Avenzel during our short trip to Cibubur, and it was such a pleasant experience. The hotel is modern, the room was comfortable, and everything felt well-maintained. Kevin at reception was a highlight, genuinely attentive, even though the lobby was packed when we checked in. He also asked if we had any additional needs during our stay and recommended some vegetarian-friendly places, which we really appreciated. Such a resourceful team!
