No close place to get breakfast or coffee
they didnt notify me about a deposit over the phone when they called me so i feel like i got tricked. they didnt give me a refund and they said even if i did cancel id need to pay a cancellation fee but why should i pay a cancellation fee for a hotel i didnt even get to stay at? i wasted $78 .

Room smelled like cat piss,, sheets were clean but stained. Room ac was turned off and took awhile to cool to an acceptable level. The pillows were lumpy and if you using half sized pillows leave more than 4 on a king size bed. Staff was not willing to listen, only recited their rules over and over. Customers have special circumstances that need to have taken into consideration. When I asked for the manager they just repeated their rules. When the manager was finally involved the problem was solved immediately!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the pool was a big hit with the kids. We also really appreciated how quiet the area was and that it wasn’t in a busy location. Overall, it felt like a nice, relaxing place to stay without spending a lot. We’d definitely stay here again.
The first room 125 had a sweaty foot odor. I went to the desk to ask to change it and the second room 431 was perfect. No hassle just made the change with ease.

The room was ok but it just stink and the pool didnt seem clean i couldn’t smell any chlorine in it jus smelled like regular water
I didn’t like the smell of the room it smelled very bad and we had to buy many cleaning products because the room was still dirty including the toilet, on tge website it says breakfast is included but it is not you have to pay for it many advertisements around the property mentioning breakfast but it was not available.
