They over promise in the ad but under perform in person.
Pros:

The check in area looked nice.

Cons:

They did not have house keeping. Our room was not cleaned during our stay. The room smelled like pee when you walked in. They did not restock the room with toilet paper, towels or coffee supplies. They charged 13 per person for a Complementary breakfast of coffee cereal and a pastry. I paid for 4 people they have me a card for 2. Anytime we called the front desk for anything they told us no one was available to help us we would have to come down to get it. The room filled with the smell off weed anytime we turned the air on. Overall a bad experience.

I won’t be staying here again. They didn’t have many accommodations for me and my guest . Prices of breakfast were too h

I have stayed three times now...I will return!
Pros:

I find the rooms to be clean and well kept. The bed is very comfortable. I enjoy the fact that there is a mini fridge and a microwave and even coffee for the guest.

Cons:

The fridge has a tendency to run a little cold, so it freezes items when you don't want them frozen. The pool was colder this time than during out last visit - that could be improved.

Ok but will not be booking again.

The room was the nicest part

Cons:

Paid for breakfast to be included in the room but on weekdays they don’t even serve breakfast or there maybe a cold breakfast if they have the staff. I paid for breakfast and never ate anything. A the pool is very small for the size of the pool room and they have swimming lessons so there is no room to just free swim also you have to walk outside to get to the pool.

Pros:

The staff at the property were polite and pleasant.

Cons:

My room was not cleaned, hair in shower, when I called they did send someone immediately but it was an inconvenience. Breakfast did not begin until 7am a lot of us were in town for tournaments so a n 6am time would of been nice then if you go get food elsewhere you can’t sit at the tables
