Ok but will not be booking again.
Pros:

The room was the nicest part

Cons:

Paid for breakfast to be included in the room but on weekdays they don’t even serve breakfast or there maybe a cold breakfast if they have the staff. I paid for breakfast and never ate anything. A the pool is very small for the size of the pool room and they have swimming lessons so there is no room to just free swim also you have to walk outside to get to the pool.

Pros:

The staff at the property were polite and pleasant.

Cons:

My room was not cleaned, hair in shower, when I called they did send someone immediately but it was an inconvenience. Breakfast did not begin until 7am a lot of us were in town for tournaments so a n 6am time would of been nice then if you go get food elsewhere you can’t sit at the tables

This was maybe my 4th stay at Sonesta in Columbia. I am not so sure I'll be staying there again.
Pros:

If there was a breakfast, I did not know about it. No one mentioned that breakfast was being offered. Was it complimentary?

Cons:

I did not like that for the second time I was placed in a handicapped room. It was okay the first time, when I wasn't really told. This time I actually expected it. I haven't looked at the bill but I certainly hope I was not charged for early check-in. Also, the bathroom was dirty. Appeared they cleaned the sink and maybe the bathtub but the bathroom floor was filthy.

Cons:

I reserved the room with a 1:00 check in.
I show up & the male staff told me he hasn't any rooms. I told him I had a reservation for 1:00.pm
He then said he would check to see if the cleaning staff had a room clean. So I sat there for about 20 minutes as he goes outside & comes back with the 2 female staff members & they were showing the new girl something on the computer, Then I guess they were training a staff member the other female staff member told her to check me in she needed help to finish my transaction, she tells I would have to wait until the other staff member came back. Which was another 15 minutes.
I have spent many times at this location, but from my last time at this location I will not stay again.

There was blood found on my toilet seat and then after they supposedly cleaned I then found more blood on my walls. I have filed a formal complaint and I want a refund. I have submitted photos

Nice stay
Pros:

Handicap room was clean, comfortable, and calming.

Lobby has a cool decor.
Staff was pleasant.

Cons:

Hotel seems tucked away but highway noise is prevalent at times.

Pool is very cold and there are no lights. Have to request to have them turned on and I did but waited and waited but then finally left.

Wallpaper peeling in hallway in spots. Repair would go a long way to overall vibe.

TV reception not great!

Great place to stay
Pros:

Everything was amazing. Love how there was a big sliding glass door, and a little balcony in the room. Very easy to check in. Also love the pool. And also love the layout of the hotel.
