All except the laundry is old school I can’t use , coz need coins . I’m like travel light and how I will bring coins . That’s very inconvenient as my daughter need to swim and now we will flying with wet clothes. Very hassle . Need to improve that, I ask for help the receptionist said she don’t have . If u don’t want to changes it atleast some available coins or make token we can purchase or charge to the room

I have always liked this location.
I have been staying here several times a year for the past 3 years with my Irish Setters and never had an issue. I declared I had 2 dogs with me when I made the reservation. However, I was informed at check in that there was a policy for no dogs over 20 pounds. This is new and the policy is not apparent on the property details. This was the 4th of July weekend, I had no alternative to choose another hotel and I would have had to pay the cancellation fee anyway. I was charged $300 extra dollars ($50 a day per dog). This is outrageous. I feel I was taken advantage of and will never stay at this property again!

Peaceful and quiet
No complaints
Good location for a one night stay after a concert.
Staff at the front desk was rude. Rooms advertised as have balconies, was told at the desk after getting a room without a balcony that wasn't guarantee even though it didn't say that anywhere in the booking - the only part of the hotel that looked nice was the lobby, guest rooms were stained, dingy, and didn't feel clean. They will also hold your room deposit for 10 days after check out! Won't ever stay at a Sonesta Select again.
The beds were comfortable
The room was dirty, almost felt greasy
Added the breakfast to our stay - big mistake. It was a packaged muffin and juice for $11 a day
Tried to get them to remove and they won’t respond. Stuck paying $44 for nothing

No housekeeping throughout my stay and I stayed several days.
Clean.
Hot everywhere, the paid breakfast package is vague online and honestly not worth it, total crap.
Breakfast was pretty bad
Staff at the front desk weren’t rude but they certainly weren’t friendly. I arrived 32 minutes prior to check in time and was told that even though my room was ready I would have to pay an additional $25 to check in. That is absurd and offensive
The hallways were super hot and smelled like weed unfortunately.
