I wouldn't returned based on cleanliness alone and it smelled pretty bad too.
Pros:

Only thing I liked was that it wasn't too far from shopping and restaurants

Cons:

The rooms were not as clean or smelled clean either. I even found what seem to look like pubic hair in the bathroom and a hair on the towel when we first arrived to the room. The breakfast was not great, not a good sleection and cold coffee.

It was very convenient for my needs.
Pros:

It was a convenient location for my temporary needs. some of the staff were very pleasant; although they only clean long-term stay guests rooms every four days, it seemed as though it was really more like a week depending upon your stay.

Cons:

I had the opportunity to stay in one of their suites, and the only thing I would suggest is that they clean the living area furniture, as there were heavy oil stains on the furniture. Also, if you stayed in one of their regular rooms, there is no microwave, you need to go to the front desk market area to heat your food.
