I would not stay there again.
Pros:

Easy access to surrounding areas of DC

Cons:

Carpets in halls and in our room were old and looked dirty. Bathroom floor was dirty before used.

Pros:

It was warm enough outside that we were able to sleep with the window open.

The room was very sparse and they had a perfume oil plug in to coverup stale air in the hallway and the room!

It was a one night stay I was able to rest.
