There was a scent in the room that smelled like cat's urine, mold, and ammonia. It was hard to breathe. When I asked if we could swith rooms (2 Queen suite with pull out couch) I was told that there weren't anymore available. I asked for a neutralizing spray, and never got that. Also, the keys stopped working a few hours after check in, which is an inconvenience.

Sunday morning- It was challenging to speak to someone in guest services over the phone.

The last thing that I despised is that check out time is 11:00. Late checkout is at 11:30. So $20 for an additional half hour is madness to me.
