Comfortable, beautiful, delightful.
Pros:

The Saguaro far exceeded our expectations. It's very affordable and a little removed from the main downtown drag, so I wasn't sure how nice it would be. But it was INCREDIBLE. It's unpretentious and comfortable, filled with regular people of all ages. We saw families with kids and grandparents, circuit gays in speedos, groups of hot girlie pops, all types. Everyone was friendly and respectful. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The balconies are a delight. We had a view of the pool and the mountains which was incredible. The restaurant was delicious. Affordable and with healthy options, so it really felt homey. Some might consider the rainbow color scheme gimmicky, but we loved it. It felt cheerful and vibey. If you're looking for mega luxury with a spa and valet parking and all that stuff, this won't fit your bill. But if you want a beautiful, comfortable place to call home in Palm Springs, this is a great place. So many "normal people" places treat us like peasants, but the Saguaro treats their guests like people who deserve a beautiful, comfortable vacation. We would absolutely come back.

Cons:

Literally nothing, it was great. My main concern was the location being off the main drag, but everything we wanted to do and see was at most a 10-15minute drive. Super convenient.

Enjoyed the pool, but ultimately ended up leaving did not stay the night.
Pros:

I was really looking forward to a bachelorette this location due to the online videos and some of the reviews that I had read. Staff seemed very nice upon arrival. Pool staff were very on top and great service.

Cons:

Was very disappointed at the bathroom/changing area for the pool very small, very dirty and smell was horrendous.

The room from first view looked nice but carpet stained, smell in the hallways lingered into the room, shower area of the bathroom look very dirty with mildew stains.
The couch was very uncomfortable.
Bedroom area was not as inviting as you’d expect for a hotel visit.
DJ at the pool could have been better.

Pros:

I didn't like anything

Cons:

First off the ice machine was all broken on every floor the elevator had a bad odor and trash on the floor and the halfway of the hotel had trash and the room a/c was making a loud popping noises all night I didn't see any housekeeping staff and the hotel doesn't have a bellman and the pool area was dirty with trash and dirty towel and the water to get drinks was hot because of not having any ice I had a bad experience here never will stay there again worst hotel ever for the price I paid I give it a 2 star rating

Pros:

Great Pool area.

Cons:

Most ice machines were out of order - had to search to find one that worked. Property may have some upkeep issues as you could see from touring property. Overall a decent property. Not high end but better than a budget hotel. I would stay here again.

Pros:

The room was clean, the retro idea was fun, very colorful. Lots of pillows, the bed was a little firm for my preference but comfortable.

Cons:

The facility is in desperate need of updates. Its like they have a cute idea but didn't quite pull it off. There were burn marks on the tables in our room, the carpet needed replacement and bathrooms definitely needed makeovers. No water pressure in the shower. The rooms also need more light, after sundown its very difficult to do makeup. The bathroom is to dark I would sit at table with my hand mirror to do makeup in the day. It would be nice if they had a wall mounted magnifying mirror in the bathroom as well. That was my experience unfortunately our friends was not so good. They paid more for a pool view suite and got neither the view or the suite. Broken A/C, TV didn't work and the room was not clean. We were on the opposite side and a better experience.

Good for a party vibe, not a good value for a relaxing stay
Pros:

Great location, easy parking at no extra cost, the shared spaces/amenities like lobby and pool were very pretty.

Cons:

All nearby ice machines were broken/unusable (not great for the desert), hotel canceled cleaning service unless you were checking out, only 1 outlet to plug in your phones across the room from the bed, elevator & hallways felt cheap and dingy, pool was way more of a party vibe than I expected (think Vegas pool party) - DJ was super loud and it was difficult to get a chair in the sun because it was so crowded.
