Run down and front desk staff was extremely rude
The staff is really nice, location is great, and bed was comfy.
My AC unit was covered with dust inside and out, which is a health issue. They did send someone to clean it, but I can’t believe that isn’t part of the routine cleaning. The food was bad, I got a salmon bagel and the bagel was untoasted. Pool was very dirty, trash everywhere, and the hallway carpet has seen better days.
The pool was fun and the bloody mary at El Jefe was great!
This poor hotel has been run into the ground, the rooms are very dirty, there are piles of laundry everywhere, old carpet, doors that don't work. The housekeeping staff are doing their best but they appear terribly understaffed. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything that happens from the room above and on each side. I wish we would have stayed elsewhere.
Staff were nice and helpful and the restaurant was nice
Problems from start to finish.
Feel as though we got quite literally the worst room in the hotel. Paid extra for a pool view but a canopy was covering our view. We also had a massive wall where we were on the corner of the building blocking the view.
We had a generator on our balcony which powered the AC. It was so loud, the AC stopped worked half way through the trip.
Our room was not cleaned until we asked on day 3.
Hotel was messy and dirty, the pool lounge chairs had rust all over them.
We are young and like a good time, part of the reason we picked this hotel as it’s a party vibe, however the music started at 9am, which is crazy as presumably people staying at these hotels are out late and need to sleep. It was then followed by a pool party at 12 every day, we were just shocked how loud it was so early in the morning with insufficient sound proof doors. Even the staff said it was very loud ( still played the same volume 9am the next day.
WiFi did not work and was so temperamental, ended up having to use my own date and I now have to pay for extra.
Bathroom was dirty and there were fake eyelashes stuck to the carpet.
No toilet roll restocked when we did get the room partially cleaned.
Just so much wear and tear in the hotel, cracks in all the corners and did not feel like the holiday we paid for.
Friendly staff and were able to solve our problem. Hotel is dog friendly.
The cleanliness could be better. The hotel was not that kid friendly - especially for kids below 10 yrs old.
This property has a fun vibe. The pool area is awesome. The hotel is themed to be colorful and upbeat.
It’s a shop worn property. Hallways are poorly painted and scuffed. Once colorful carpets are worn, and not particularly clean. Bathroom flooring is scuffed. Some of the clientele looks rough.
History and location
It’s was extremely noisy, DJ for hours in the swimming pool. Overcrowded
The man who ran the bar in Jeffes was very good. He delivered food to our room twice and very nice when I went to the restaurant on the last day.
The ice machine was not working and I was told to go to the restaurant to get ice which was not convenient. No towels at the pool were available in the afternoon and the WiFi didn't work.
