Parking was great
The pool and general design of the hotel are amazing. Perfect balance of relaxation and party atmosphere. Location is very convenient and the staff are great.
The pool loungers were very dirty and many were rusted/ broken. Still a great place to hang out, but the wear is really starting to show and the cleanliness can be improved. There was the same bag of trash by the stairs for our entire stay.
The pool party was very fun, we had spent a whole day there. The staff is very kind. It’s near a grocery store who is walkable.
The location is a bit far from the action, you must take a cheap uber. The area immediately around isn’t super walkable. It would be nice if the bathrooms were updated.
Dog friendly, private patio
Dirty, terrible music by the pool, smelled of mildew, coffee maker broken,
Location and close proximity to downtown Palm Springs
Not very convenient elevator access. Property seems like it could use an upgrade indoors. The pool area is spacious, but I wouldn’t dare get into the water past noon :/
Location was amazing!
There was a bed bug in our bed. We didn’t get any accommodations for that except the staff saying are you sure you saw it. Also toilet was broken 2 min into check in
The asthetic and poor were nice spaces that felt inviting. Staff was nice and welcoming. The options for food were nice though pricey. Events held at the bar were a nice addition to the resort vibe.
Hallways and rooms felt dated. Rooms had visible wear and tear (paint peeling) faucets sprayed water.
Great location and colorful hôtel
I booked a room facing the pool and got a room facing the parking lot
Good location and nice outside areas
The A/C in my room made noise and smelled.
Have to face a big problem since I left the hotel.
Still trying to get my bill after checking out three weeks ago to know for what I got charged. I got double charged the tax once while booking and once from the deposit in C/I procedure and they said they’ll send my bill and still waiting after reminding them twice. Can’t be charged of something and have to beg to get the detailed receipt, that’s unacceptable for a business. Shows that once people get their money then they do not really care about the guest. That’s not a good guest service or an effort to make someone’s stay nice.
Sieht nicht wie ein 4-Sternehotel aus, eher wie ein Motel
Everything was amazing. We stayed in the saguaro suite. The room was clean and beautiful. The pool was clean, it was a nice stay. I would 100% recommend staying here during this month versus summer time when it’s louder and more of a party atmosphere. If you want a relaxing stay in Palm Springs definitely come in the months of February-April.
For spa services- ask for Jess, she is the best! Mud treatment especially and anything else!
