Ca faisait rêver sur instagram, mais en réalité l'hôtel est vieillissant.
Pros:

Le design fun de l'hotel

Cons:

Chambres vieillissantes, canapé très inconfortable, ventilateur de la climatisation sur le balcon donc impossible d'y aller car il fait trop chaud.... Et la piscine était sale.

Nice hotel - did not like the undisclosed add-on fees
Pros:

The hotel and pool area is very nice. Lively party environment if what looking for. Nice to have a happy hour by the pool.

Cons:

I booked through booking.com. Everything was paid for and then Hotel contacted me that I would have to pay $34 for amenities fee, which included items already covered. This was not disclosed upfront. When I contacted them to get this sorted, I had to keep getting rerouted, and the person answering the phone was not trained to address issue. Ultimately, I had to go back to Booking.com to get it sorted, and the "amenities" fee was already included in the overall fee. CAn't say with certainty who was at fault here between the two, but the hotel staff was not helpful in getting it resolved. Be aware of add-on fees that are not disclosed if going through booking.com (or other 3rd party).

Perfect for those who are single, young and want to party. Not family-kid friendly
Pros:

I liked the vibrant colors of the hotel. The pillows and comforter are very soft. There was plenty to watch on TV. There was an optional security box. The lights near the bed and dining table can be adjusted from bright to dim. Wonderful blackout curtains and thin curtains if you want natural sunlight. The pool area is perfect for those who like to party and drink. Two Jacuzzi's, one on each end of the pool. Bar and Dj at the center of the pool area. Plenty of beds, chairs and canopy's.

Cons:

The motion light sensor near the front door was too sensitive. If I stretched or got up in the middle of the night to use the restroom the light would turn on and wake-up everyone. The bathtub was completely clogged. We had to shower in our own dirt since it did not drain. The hotel does not have an option for a family-kid environment. There was party music from 12-6pm during the entire stay. A lot of adult action in the pool (kissing, inappropriate floaties with penises) with alcohol, smoking and loud music. They should advertise this hotel for only 21+ years of age. My children did not want to go into the pool until it calmed down and then after we only had a limited of time to be in the pool. I'm sure the hotel could manage well if it was only 21+. I would have rather spent my money and time in a place better suited for our family.

My experience at the saguaro
Pros:

The room was very clean and the bed were nicely made too everything was spotless and the bathroom I like how there was a few essentials. I just don’t like that when I was gonna shower the bath tub was very slippery. Everything else was amazing . Then my family and I went to the pool and it was all very clean and the pool was very nice and fresh I enjoy the outdoor bed swings you had. The staff was very nice and were very helpful with me. Thanks

Slow WIFI & Cell Service but Everything Else was Great
Pros:

The room was great, spacious, and had a patio door that led out to the pool. I loved that it had a real mini fridge so I was able to put my stuff in there and keep it cold. I also used the iron and the in-room safe. Everything was clean and nothing was broken. I liked that there were actual drawers and plenty of hangers for me to put my stuff away since I hate living out of a suitcase. The restaurant was good (had breakfast there) and the pool was really nice. My ONLY gripe was the internet/wifi was SO SLOW! And I only got one bar of service (Spectrum Mobile) so at any given time, my internet speed was LESS THAN ONE MPS. Sure, that's fine if you're hanging with friends by the pool, but streaming music was difficult (kept stopping) and TikTok was pretty impossible to watch. The internet would drop entirely about every 10 minutes or so for about a minute. So expect to be basically offline if you stay here.

De kleurtjes spatten er echt vanaf. Checkout pas om 12 uur.

Cons:

Het is oud. Vies. Vergane glorie. Niet onderhouden. Tapijt heeft vieze vlekken en ligt er vergaan bij. Bed ligt oke, maar je hoort ALLES van de buren. Heel chill hotel als je wilt zuipen en uitslapen (als je nog 20 bent). Vooral skippen na je 30e.

Very nice decor. Very different from your average Hotel. Colorful and entertaining

Cons:

Don't like that they don't have vending machines. Rooms mini bar is to expensive but so is everything these days. But they do have a full grocery store in walking distance right across the street.

Le design et la piscine font tout… heureusement.

Le sens du service pour corriger les erreurs

Cons:

Un gros manque de personnel : personne pour l’espace piscine (gobelets, serviettes, etc… partout en vrac)
Les horaires ne sont pas respectés : bar de la piscine devait fermé à 18h mais fermeture à 16h30 (alors que beaucoup de monde à la piscine) ; bar du soir doit fermer à 0h (1 conso offerte avec la chambre) mais a 22h il est déjà fermé.
L’accès des chambres à la piscine en passant par un couloir extérieur donnant sur le parking, et même sur le parking lui même (en maillot et peignoir)
