The staff was friendly but if you are looking for a comfortable night sleep this is not the place for you. It is clean

Easy to find. Clean. Price reasonable

Cons:

The beds were so hard you would’ve been better sleeping on a rock. Tv didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it. Ac unit was leaking. Floor in room

Pros:

The room was exceptionally cleaned. Comfortably cooled - with separate controls for each room in the suite. Esecpially happy there was a tub in the room to soak after a long day of working on my feet at a tradeshow!

Cons:

Really, there wasnt anything not to like.

Cons:

Der Pool war den ganzen siebentägigen Aufenthalt über geschlossen (im August!). Das wurde nicht offen kommuniziert. Es hieß immer, dass er evtl morgen geöffnet hat….
Es ist eine Parkgebühr von 5 Euro pro Nacht zu entrichten. Eigentlich ein No Go in den USA…

Pros:

Room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

The computer system was down at arrival. It took about 30 minutes to check in. The staff did give my kids all a free snack from the hotel store, which was considerate and appreciated. Everything else was great!
