Hotel byl čistý, personál byl milý, pokoj byl prostorný a nic v něm nechybělo.

Clean but lacking in attention to customer experience
Pros:

Basic accommodations, clean but lacking attention such as empty body wash and shampoo dispensers in the shower. No in room safes, so take your valuables with you. Very tight parking spaces. Very expensive food at the restaurant. Fight in the hallway of the 6th floor at 4am then housekeeping banging on doors at 6am meant little sleep. More attention to the guest experience would make this place better.

El hotel ofrece una ubicación muy conveniente para explorar el centro histórico de Alexandria y cruzar hacia Maryland, lo que lo convierte en una base estratégica para recorrer la zona turística. Las instalaciones están limpias y funcionales en general, aunque se perciben algunos detalles menores (pequeños desgastes, ajustes por hacer), que no afectan gravemente la estancia, pero sí podrían mejorar.

Pros:

I left a day early due to the conditions of the hotel, it wasn't clean and not worth the price. The manager didn’t refund me for my unused night, sorry ssa so called manager.
