Muy buena
Todo bien
Very clean and comfortable
Disappointed with the breakfast
More option needed
Even though it’s near the airport it’s very quiet!! We only stayed one night but if we had to stay more there is plenty of storage in the room and bathroom!!
Everything was great!
I have stayed in better facilities elsewhere. The amenities were very good for the price that I paid. The staff at the dest, were friendly, courteous and very helpful. I would appreciate if you would convey my thanks to them. The breakfast was good.
When you said, "grilled and bars available" I thought that it will be available all day long. I had to "work" to get some lunch. As I am a diabetic, it is hard to without eating something during the lunch time also.

Bed was comfortable
I stayed at the property one night between flights and it was absolutely AWFUL. Let’s forget for a second that the property is run-down and need of a serious facelift. Let’s forgive that the guy who was supposed to setup breakfast in the morning showed up late, which meant that guests with early flights were unable to get breakfast prior to departure. I checked into my room, had a beer at the bar, and retired to my room. As I was getting ready for bed, around 10:00, another guest, with a key, entered my room, to find me naked. She screamed, apologized and ran out. I immediately got dressed to go down to the front desk and realized the desk had forgotten to give my passport back (I’m equally negligent for not asking for it, but I was exhausted after travelling all day). When I got to the desk I requested my passport and a refund on my room, because they had given another guest a key, whom then walked in on me in the buff. The desk agent, Virginia, apologized, but said she was unable to issue a refund without a supervisor. She said she’d leave a note for the supervisor in the morning. The next morning, I went to the desk and told Jasmine the story. She said she had no information from the night crew and apologized, saying that Virginia was still training. She said she couldn’t issue a refund, but would set up a Wyndam rewards account for me and have her supervisor add points equal to a free night’s stay. That didn’t happen. So I called customer support and was told they would open a case and I would receive a response in “maybe a week”.
Now, you tell me—is week too long to wait for a refund when an employee allows someone to enter your private space and view you in the nude?! Shame on y’all.
I had a great room with the view from the airport side, that was lovely. The ladies at the front desk were super, and the shuttle drivers.... they made our overall stay a wonderful one.
The elevator closest to the bar area kept jerking when starting and finishing. That should be looked into.
Nice clean and friendly
I seen a couple little bugs going across the floor and the sheets had like washing powder or something white on them but once we cleaned it off it was fine
Everything
Nothing
Air conditioning very loud will cancel my next stay.
Very nosy, fighting by guest.
Horrible breakfast. Everything was burned and cold. Toaster was not working
