Pros:

I like the inner appearance and the comfortability in the room. And the professional attitude of the staff

Cons:

Having the same breakfast was a turnoff. The bathroom was way too small. Paying for parking is unacceptable.and the mini market shouldn't be that expensive regardless if it's convenient.

Clean stay with free shuttle.
Pros:

Glad to have the free shuttle from the airport. The lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Was clean.

Was a little run down.

Cons:

Staff were short and rude. We had an email saying pool was open when it was closed. The shuttle bus driver was watching live tv as he drove.
Room bedding was dust especially pillows

Pros:

The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The front desk was friendly and professional and helpful. No complaints at all about the hotel.

Cons:

The in-hotel restaurant was sketch. The link provided in the room didn't work, and when I went on the website myself there were only 8 things on the menu. There was a picture of pizza, but no pizza on the menu. It just gave me a bad vibe so I didn't eat there.
