I didn’t like anything about this hotel starting from the management these are the worst set up of people I’ve never experienced anything like this from a hotel.
I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my recent stay at this hotel. My experience was extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. From the condition of the room to the poor communication between staff, the treatment I received was completely unacceptable.
When I originally booked my stay, I booked a king room. However, on the first night of my stay, I was placed in a room with double beds instead of the king room that I paid for. Not only was I placed in the wrong room type, but the room was also dirty, which made the situation even worse.
After bringing this issue to the attention of the front desk, I was told by the Front Desk Manager, Natasha, that I would be moved into a king room the next day to correct the problem.
However, when I returned to the hotel later that evening, Natasha was no longer there, and it became clear that she had failed to communicate this information to the next employee on duty, whose name was Shawn. Because there was no proper pass-down or communication from management, Shawn was left to deal with a problem that should have already been documented and handled.
Due to the inconvenience and confusion caused by the hotel’s failure to properly manage my reservation, Shawn attempted to fix the situation by placing me into a suite. This was not something I requested on my own — it was a decision made by hotel staff in an effort to correct the inconvenience that the hotel itself had caused.
Instead of taking responsibility for their own mistakes and poor communication, management later appeared to become upset that I had been placed into the suite. From that point on, I felt like I was being targeted and treated unfairly for a situation that was entirely the fault of the hotel staff and management.

There was a roach in my room.
It literally took over 2 hours to check me in. They claimed my room wasn't paid for. I booked through booking.com. I almost just paid for another room. Absolutely horrible experience. I wasn't compensated in any type of way at all
Location, room, cleanliness, staff, - wonderful breakfast that was unexpected - the young woman at the bar/restaurant was very nice and the burger was really good. Shuttle to airport was on time and the driver very kind and helpful.
One issue was a family either coming or going at 3 am and the kids were noisy in the hall for about 20 minute (Not your fault) . The chair was very uncomfortable so unusable. When you sat down, the cushion pushed you forward so I kept slipping down and couldn't sit up straight. I used the office chair and my husband sat on the bed. No big deal - just a little thing.
Clean and the shower was updated, breakfast was good and the snack bar convenient.
Staff moved us up a floor bc there was a loud party on the first floor and our original room was next to the lobby.
We accidentally placed our last-minute fully-refundable reservation at the Atlanta Airport location instead of the Duluth location. We were understandably upset but understood that this mistake was nobody's fault but ours. So we called booking.com for help, and they told us to call the hotel and ask them to cancel the reservation bc it was stated on their site that it was refundable. When we called, the staff was rude and left us on the phone for 40+ minutes when we asked to cancel the reservation or asked any questions regarding solving the problem. Stating that bc it was last-minute booking, they could no longer cancel the reservation and refund the money, even though the booking site stated it was fully-refundable. They were unwilling to work with us to come up with a solution that was not losing $133 or driving an extra 55 minutes away at 10 pm at night. Needless to say, we ended up driving the 55 minutes to this location. When we arrived, they had a party going on in one of the conference rooms that was loud, and there were lots of people entering and exiting the lobby late into the night laughing and yelling. Initally, our room was ground level right next to the area where this party was. The only thing that the staff did right was accommodate a room change bc there was no way we were going to get any rest in the original room we were placed in.
