Bueno pero mejorable
Pros:

La ubicación, la comodidad de una habitación amplia y silenciosa y muy limpia.

Cons:

El personal es súper desagradable y no hace nada por ayudarte. Te ven que te cuesta entenderles y pasan del tema y cuando pasas por recepción ni te miran. La excepción fue al principio un recepcionista que hablaba español pero el día que nos íbamos nos entregó el equipaje de una manera muy brusca cuando una de las bolsas era frágil. Sonó un crujir porque se rompió una taza de souvenir y ni siquiera pidió disculpas. Creemos pensar que no se dio cuenta porque en otros momentos fue muy amable. Tampoco nos gustó que el agua de la ducha a veces quemaba y otras helaba, No había punto medio y el regulador no servía de nada.

A great location and definitely appreciated the Aircon in this heatwave! When we had an issue with our window they sent someone to fix it straight away

Für eine Nacht ein schönes, modernes Zimmer!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Es gab eine Klimaanlage mit der man die Raumtemperatur selbst regulieren konnte. Das Bad war auch sehr sauber.
Das Bett war sehr bequem und es gab sogar zwei unterschiedlich weiche Kopfkissen für jeden.

Cons:

Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster auf den „schmuddeligen“ Innenhof aber wir hatten die Gardinen sowieso zugezogen.

Cons:

I had to wait for one more hour to get my room after the check in time. There was not even a kettle in the room. The wifi was really bad. It did not feel that I was really staying in a 4 star hotel - no value for money.

Struttura in piena City2, a 200m dalla via dello shopping

Cons:

Il bagno (WC) completamente separato dalla stanza in cui si trovano doccia, vasca da bagno e lavandino, due stanze distinte
