Good location, nice rooms and hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was nice and in the central location. Close to the Metro Station and the North Station which I took to go to Bruges.

The room was clean, big bed, bigger rooms that in Paris. High and big windows with proper closet.

No refrigerator in my room but I didn't need it.

The shower was nicely designed, but the hot water was hard to properly mix. The first day there was barely any hot water. But I think the next day it was fixed.

They offer free water with cucumbers in the lobby, but they don't properly replace and clean refill them the whole day. So the water feels rotten and doesn't taste good towards the end of the day.

Cons:

The Hot water needs to be more than what they provided. Water in the lobby needs to be refreshed from time to time.

Nous sommes arrivés a 10h05 et on nous a refusé le petit déjeuner qui pourtant a été facturé

La limpieza brilla por su ausencia, había pelos en la ducha el día que llegaron y ahí siguieron cuando nos fuimos. Tuvimos que ducharnos en la bañera y con bastante repelús. No cambiaron sábanas ni toallas ningún día y los baños ni los limpiaban. La moqueta y los sillones tenían unas manchas asquerosas que a saber de qué eran. La habitación estaba delante del ascensor y era un poco molesto aunque los huéspedes fueron tranquilos.
