At home in a wonderful location!
Pros:

We love the Marivaux! The location is superb with the square and the boulevard minutes to walk away. The Staff was utterly fantastic, helping us manage a difficult situation in which we had to cut our stay short. Especially thank you to Noa who helped us when we first arrived exhausted and made us welcome despite our early arrival. We have loved the breakfast in past stay but did not have this time due to our work schedule. We can't wait until the cinema hall is restored.

Cons:

The fact that we had to leave early.

Endroit super, proche de la Grand Place et 10min a pieds de la Gare du Nord.
Petit déjeuner super, très varié, et très bon! Vaut son prix.

Very poor customer support. Bed bugs

The location is good

Cons:

We had very upsetting experience with the hotel and their management. We found traces of bed bugs in our room, requested for assistance. The manager was not very surprised and immediately suggested another room. We found a dried bed bug in the mattress. The only acceptable option was to leave the hotel immediately. We requested the refund as we needed to find another accommodation for the night. The manager was not supportive and referred to the senior manager who was(of course!) not available at that time.
The next day we received an email with the rejection to refund the costs and with no alternative suggestion to cover for the bad experience.

Pros:

Clean hotel, in a very central location. Friendly staff, always present and happy to help. Visited with friends but also a good hotel if you need to come for work.

Gutes Hotel mit einfacher Ausstattung
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen. Man erreicht von dort schnell die Zentralen Punkte der Stadt zum Beispiel den Grand Place.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und etwas renovierungsbedürftig.
