Emplacement super pour nous
Vue exceptionnelle de la baie vitrée
Personnel adorable.
Le Monsieur de l' accueil ne parle pas Anglais mais aucun problème avec Google translate.
Il nous a réservé le bus de retour à Hanoï avec un prix intéressant.
La laundry est très rapide.
Les dames de service sont adorables.

Cons:

Hôtel avec un grand potentiel qui mériterait un peu de décoration et un rafraîchissement de la salle de bain
Petit déjeuner un peu light.

Pros:

Friendly staff. Helpful. Offer laundry service as well (30k/kilo), finished the same day. Fresh towels and 2 bottles of bottled water in our room every day. Located just at the harbor the tours to Lan Ha bay depart from. Calm place.
I loved the abandoned/unused rooftop (what a pity they don’t make use of it), where I practiced yoga with sunrise views :)

Cons:

The whole facility deserves some investment. The building feels rather cold, abandoned… yet there’s so much potential.
In our room there must have been some water damage - wall affected, paint peeling off.
Weak wifi.

Avevamo un'escursione che partiva dal porto proprio di fronte, quindi posizione top. Vista speciale sul mare. Camera grande e personale gentile.

Cons:

Stanza un po' datata e non troppo pulita. Umidità del 200%, al nostro risveglio le coperte e i vestiti erano umidi quasi bagnati.

Agréable moment si on est pas trop regardant!

La proximité avec le quai de départ pour les tours, tout en étant pas trop
Loin du centre pour manger,
Réceptionniste toujours présent.

Cons:

La salle de bain était très vieille, un des interrupteur allumait une lampe où de l’eau se mettait a bouger au contacte du fil électrique… et bien entendu ne produisait pas de lumière…. Quelques poils dans le lit, des draps lavé mais pas assez peut-être.

Pros:

Die Gastgeber waren außergewöhnlich herzlich, aufmerksam und stets hilfsbereit. Obwohl wir bereits um 7 Uhr morgens angereist sind, konnten wir sofort einchecken. Nach Nachfrage haben sie uns für 9 Uhr eine Tour organisiert. Die Lage direkt am Hafen ist traumhaft und man kann alles bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch das Frühstück war lecker und ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen und bestens umsorgt gefühlt.

La vista! Está en frente de la bahía, la habitación es grande y el wifi funciona bien

El colchón es extremadamente duro, parece que estás durmiendo en el suelo. El personal si bien era amabale, no hablaba una palabra de inglés ni siquiera lo básico y no tienen ninguna excursión para ofrecerte y el hotel está lejos del centro

La struttura è proprio davanti all'imbarco delle crociere, pulito e con vista montagna/mare. Ci sono dei ristoranti che molto carini nei dintorni. Ci siamo trovate molto bene

Struttura umida, c’è di meglio
Pros:

La posizione davanti al porticciolo, se si deve prendere un boat-tour, ma niente altro.
Si dovete prendere una barca, non conviene venire qui per la notte, meglio rimanere in Cat Ba centro

Cons:

Vecchio. Umido. Area poco piacevole.
Meglio rimanere in città e non alla fine della strada dove c’è solo il porto.
