Categories

Cleanliness
9.4
Numerous comments praise the hotel as very clean, 'so clean', 'amazing clean' and 'clean and very friendly staff' — cleanliness consistently rated excellent.
Service
8.6
Many guests compliment friendly, helpful front-desk staff and pleasant service; however there are isolated negatives (grouchy breakfast attendant, one unresolved theft complaint) that lower this score.
Location
9.2
Repeatedly described as convenient, close to Costco and stadium, safe and quiet — location is a clear strength in the reviews.
Room Quality
9
Frequent praise for large, comfortable rooms and excellent beds, though some guests reported smaller rooms, noise (AC/people above) and minor missing in-room items (ice bucket, limited TV apps).
Amenities
8.4
Pool and seating receive positive mentions; parking is often described as tight/limited, no on-site restaurant/bar and limited breakfast hours—mixed amenity experience.
Value for Money
9.2
Multiple reviews highlight competitive pricing and good quality-for-price ('great value', 'precio y calidad'), indicating strong perceived value.
Food and Beverage
8.7
Breakfast is frequently called excellent/hot and praised, but recurring complaints about limited variety, late start times, and a single grouchy server reduce the score slightly.
Overall Experience
9.5
The majority of reviews describe an enjoyable stay, would stay again, and recommend the hotel — occasional negatives but overall very positive experience.

I would recommend for others to stay.
Pros:

The front desk clerk was very nice. She was pleasant to check in with. She was much nicer than the previous clerk from 2 months ago.

Cons:

The breakfast opens too late. Most places serve breakfast at 6am. I had to be somewhere by 7am so I didn't get to enjoy the breakfast I paid for since breakfast opens until 6:30am.
