"To protect our employees, most of whom are required to be vaccinated, and per French government regulations, now in force to reduce the spread of Covid-19, the "health pass" will be requested upon your arrival at check-in, starting Monday, August 9th, 2021.
The "health pass" consists of the presentation, digital or paper, including any type of vaccine recognized by the World Health Organization, of a valid health proof among the 3 following options:
· Certificate of a complete and valid vaccination (including post-vaccination delay)
· Negative test of fewer than 72 hours old (PCR or antigenic test or self-test carried out under medical supervision)
· Positive RT-PCR test demonstrating recovery of Covid-19, at least 11 days old and less than 6 months old.
People who have not been vaccinated but have presented a negative PCR, antigen test or self-test will have to renew it every 72 hours to access our areas, including bars, restaurants, pools, and spas.
Children under 18 years old are not required to present a health pass."Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

We got the room upgrade and l was more than pleased having in mind the pregnancy condition. The room was spacious, the Staff was super kind and happy to accommodate all my requests.
The location is excellent.
There was a hiccup in booking and transferring the money but all good resolved thanks to Staff.

Rooms,
facilities and location. Some staff were very helpful.
The carpets in the bedrooms, are grubby and stained. The table in the bedroom is chipped on the edge and should be replaced. The reception staff promised to deal with my queries, yet it took 48hrs and raising my problems with several different staff before a manager contacted me. The ironing service was 48hrs late. I had to buy new clothes to wear. I was offered a better room, but the carpet was just as grubby as the room l was in. The manager accepts that my queries were justified, and offered an apology. The manager also said that the carpets would be replaced within the next month. I paid for a superior room, but I don't think I got one. I don't think it's 4 star rating is justified. The lift is tiny, says maximum 4 people, but I just about fit with my suitcase.

260 euro per una camera minuscola 2 persone senza colazione..con 5 gradini a scendere per arrivare. Quello che non mi è piaciuto è che all arrivo mi hanno preso 400 euro dalla carta come pagamento e cauzione.mai visto una cosa simile.

The property had excellent air conditioning, and given the heat wave at the time of our stay it was most welcomed. There was only two rooms on our floor (both of which we had occupied), which left our stay very private. The hotel was quiet and the staff were very amenable. We were granted but he earlier access and late departure at no extra cost. The location was perfect with many lovely places to dine nearby.

We had a great stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when helping us figure out how to get to our destination. They really went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.
The hotel was comfortable, the location was perfect, and the overall experience was excellent. We would definitely recommend it to anyone and would happily stay here again!

The stay was great, the hotel was clean and the staff very attentive and professional.
The location is amazing and close to many metro/train stations.
The elevator. Our room was on the side where the reception is and that elevator shakes and vibrates quite a bit. We took it once then used the stairs.
