Très très surprise par la qualité des prestations, personnel extrêmement sympathique.
Pros:

Petite chambre mais très bien agencée aux jolies couleurs. On s’y sent bien, environnement réconfortant.

Ne vous attendez pas à l’excellence.
Pros:

La literie était bonne et confortable, ce qui nous a permis de passer une agréable nuit. L’emplacement était également pratique, avec un accès facile aux transports en commun. Grâce au bus et au métro, nous avons pu nous déplacer facilement et visiter de nombreux endroits pendant notre séjour.

Cons:

À notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre que notre chambre soit prête dans le hall de l’hôtel. Pendant ce temps, une dame que nous avons compris être la responsable était présente. Malheureusement, elle s’est montrée très désagréable envers le personnel, parlant fort et se plaignant devant les clients, ce qui a créé une atmosphère peu professionnelle et peu accueillante.

Cette même personne devait faire déposer un fer à repasser dans notre chambre, mais cela n’a pas été fait et nous avons dû le réclamer. Une fois reçu, le fer était dans un état très dégradé.

Nous avons également constaté plusieurs défauts dans la chambre, notamment des trous visibles dans les murs de la salle de bain. L’insonorisation est quasiment inexistante : nous entendions clairement les bruits du couloir ainsi que ceux provenant de l’extérieur.

Enfin, nous sommes venus pour notre lune de miel et avons eu le sentiment que les petites attentions étaient réservées aux clients habitués. Sans attendre un traitement particulier, une simple carte de félicitations aurait été appréciée pour cette occasion spéciale.

Dans l’ensemble, malgré certains points positifs, plusieurs éléments ont malheureusement terni notre expérience.
