Pros:

Симпатичний дизайн кімнат, що додає комфорту. Кімнати комфортні і є все необхідне, зручне ліжко, вішалки, телевізор, рушники і засоби для душу. Прибирання кожен день.

Cons:

Сніданок на трійку, все свіже але дуже маленький вибір, мало м'яса або риби і майже немає овочей. Кава не смачна. Питна вода в номері не смачна. В деяких номерах під час душу текла ржава вода. Вночі вимикають опалення і в номері холодно. Двері в деяких номерах були зламані і погано зачинялися. Написано що в номері є праска а по факту її треба просити на ресепшені, користуватися і заносити назад.

L’emplacement, proximité du métro , hôtel confortable, très propre, bonne literie et personnel aimable

Réceptionniste menaçant
Cons:

Expérience gâchée par le comportement odieux du réceptionniste. Ce Monsieur se permet de ricaner lorsqu’on lui demande au téléphone si le parking est gratuit.
De surcroît, il devient agressif lorsqu’on lui demande ce qu’il y a de marrant.
Une honte pour l’hôtellerie.

Nous étions censé passer 4 nuits dans cet hôtel, nous avons évidemment annulé le reste de notre séjour et sommes partis au lendemain de notre arrivée.

Chère Madame, défendre ses employés est louable et je vous comprends parfaitement, mais cet individu nuit à vos affaires. Vous séparer de ce grossier personnage est, à mon sens, la meilleure résolution que vous puissiez prendre en cette nouvelle année.

Pros:

Понравилось наличие ванны в комнате, сам отель выглядит мило и уютно. Недалеко от метро и автобусных остановок. Хороший завтрак.

Cons:

Ночью было шумно, это мешало спать. Шум издавался и с улицы и внутри отеля (было ощущение, что кто-то передвигает мебель и пр.) В номере не работал кондиционер. В номере была включена батарея, из-за чего было жарко, но мы смогли уменьшить жар.

La gentillesse des 2 H de l’hôtel (d’âges mûrs). Quartier sympa autour…

Cons:

Tt le reste: chbre et sdb trop petite. Pas de frigo. Bruit extérieur. Matelas trop dure pour moi.
