Profit driven not customer experience driven
Pros:

Clean, good neighbourhood

Cons:

Expensive for what it was
Check in - we arrived in between a large group & waited 20 mins to check in whilst the owner maximised breakfast sales
No hot water on 2nd morning - unacceptable if you’re paying £200 a night
Wi-fi poor
No tea & coffee making facilities in the room
Breakfast very average
I’m sorry but if a member of staff is ill & coughing in the kitchen & breakfast area it is not good. The owner should have sent the lady home not spread germs.
Everything about the experience seemed like the hotel was cutting corners, from thin towels to not replenishing water for our second night, from the wi-FI to very average breakfast & tolerating a member of staff that you as the owner can clearly see coughing in the breakfast area is beyond irresponsible & not fair to your member of staff.

Petit hôtel dans une rue tranquille
Pros:
