We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout our visit.
Our room was cleaned every day and was always spotless when we returned. A special thank you to Fanny and Xiuzhu for doing such an amazing job. We would leave for the day and come back to fresh clean sheets, new towels, and our coffee supplies fully refilled. Everything was perfectly maintained, and nothing was ever missing.
Their attention to detail and dedication made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly loved our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Panda Hotel for four months, which gave me a much different perspective than a typical guest who stays for only a few days. While the hotel itself was generally good, the reason I am leaving this five-star review is because of one exceptional employee: Nelson Ng.
Over the course of my stay, Nelson consistently went above and beyond his job responsibilities to make sure I was comfortable, accommodated, and taken care of. No matter what I needed, he was always willing to help with a positive attitude, genuine kindness, and a level of professionalism that is incredibly rare.
Being away from home for such a long period can be challenging, but Nelson made me feel welcome from day one. He treated me with respect, remembered details about my stay, and always made the effort to ensure I had the best experience possible. By the end of my four months in Hong Kong, he felt less like a hotel employee and more like a friend.
I have stayed in many hotels throughout my life, and I can honestly say that Nelson had a bigger impact on my overall experience than any hotel staff member I have ever met. My time in Hong Kong would not have been the same without him.
Panda Hotel is fortunate to have someone like Nelson representing its brand. Employees who create this kind of loyalty and positive guest experience are invaluable. He deserves recognition for the outstanding work he does every day.

Very nice. Alot of food nearby. Housekeeping staff are very kind and rooms are clean. The reception and lobby staffs are friendly and very helpful. They also send notification in advance should there is a renovation going on so you can go out for a walk without getting disturbed.
