Very nice. Alot of food nearby. Housekeeping staff are very kind and rooms are clean. The reception and lobby staffs are friendly and very helpful. They also send notification in advance should there is a renovation going on so you can go out for a walk without getting disturbed.

I stayed two days from 4th of May.
Ms.Wai Ho was so kind and smily.
She always gave survice than I expected.

I am especially grateful for the efforts of the supervisors, Amy and Helen. They have consistently demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills and have been incredibly supportive whenever I’ve encountered issues. Recently, I experienced two incidents—one concerning an unusual smell in my room and another involving equipment that needed attention. Both matters were handled efficiently and with great care, making the process smooth and hassle-free for me.

Additionally, I want to commend Ms. Xia, the staff housekeeper assigned to my room. She has been extremely diligent in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness, which I deeply appreciate.

Please extend my heartfelt thanks to Amy, Helen, Ms. Xia, and the entire Housekeeping team for their excellent service. Their hard work and commitment have made a significant positive impact on my experience at Panda Hotel.

Super convenient spot, right between Tsuen Wan and Tai Wo Hau MTR stations. Can take the footbridge everywhere for convenience. Cleaning services were lovely and flexible! Thank you to Wai Ha for taking such great care of our room. Good value for a last minute booking decision.

This is my first time going to Hong Kong. To be honest, this hotel is suitable for first timers and beginners! As for the ambience, this place is very elegant and beautiful. I really love the mini panda plushies at the top of the elevator, it’s so cutee! My room is in the 18th floor, and I love the view. As someone who really likes city lights, it’s very fascinating to see the view from my room. The service here is great, they’re helpful, kind, understanding, and friendly. I appreciate their cooperation. May this hotel maintain safety and full of love.

Its really good hotel. We really enjoy our stay. We stay for 7 days and no regret. We love the room,the service,the staff and of course we love mr Nelson. He is really kind person. Make our stay more comfortable. Our room type is family room. We stay with 3 adult and 1 kids. The room is large for us. The bath tub and hot water really help us to relax after explore all day long. They did everyday cleaning and they give toothpaste. They serve free shuttle bus as well. And the hotel really near with 2 mtr station and bus station is right under the hotel. Thats the star point. They also can receipt tabao package before our arrival and can keep the luggage after we did check out. And there was a free room with big sofa for us to wait the flight after cekout. The price was good. If there any 10 star point i will give 11 star hihi. Thank you very much panda hotel

Services in this hotel are superb. Their staff is very friendly and accommodating as well. Room is well lighted and ventilated. Really cozy! Love also the location because it is convenient and accessible to stores like 7-11 and shopping market. Overall, our family tour in Hong Kong has been most enjoyable because of the hotel's great accommodation.

Toilet was leaking and Susie called a plumber to fix it. She cleaned the floor thoroughly and gave new towels. Her service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The hotel was very clean and conveniently located, with many shops and restaurants downstairs. 10 min walk from subway. Convenient hotel
