Cleanliness and the staff are really helpful specially Nelson who always check on us while waiting for our rooms.
While the standard time for check ins is 3-4pm I hope they can put more chairs for the early guests specially those who came from overseas.

El personal demasiado grosero
La chambre avec deux lits simples était grande, avec un large espace notamment au niveau du canapé donc aucun problème pour mettre nos valises. La salle de bain était aussi très grande, avec de l'espace pour se préparer à deux en même temps. Le 7/Eleven au rez-de-chaussée du mall est vraiment pratique, ainsi que l'accès au pont pour les piétons pour aller au métro accessible depuis le lobby de l'hotel. Le bus pour l'aéroport est également accessible juste devant l'hôtel. Très bon séjour
Reasonable price considering it is Hong Kong. Due to its location, hotel do offer shuttle bus to several areas Service was superb. All staff members are very caring and helpful especially Kevin. There is swimming pool with steam and sauna. Also a gym. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was plentiful. Quick check in check out service. Near 2 MTR stations. 7 eleven downstairs. Lots of washing machine and dryers. Met lot of ppl that are long staying in the hotel, probably due to how cozy, superb service, reasonable-priced and clean the hotel is.
There are like 6 lifts and another 3 from the ground floor which can be very confusing to use and get to the place you want until you learn how to. Hotel is also on the 3rd floor of the building. Swimming pool closes quite early. around 6pm? Think it is due to lack of sunlight and it gets dark after that hour. also closes during lunchtime. gym's equipment are really outdated and very old. wanted to do some pullups but there aren't any calisthenic equipment.
Customer service is great, the rooms are amazing and comfortable, especially their bathroom, very clean and the view from the outside is amazing. Would definitely comeback here

Very good hotel to stay when in Hong Kong. Staff are very helpful. Special mention to Bee and Joey who helped us throughout our stay and helped us navigate and figure out transportation to different places. Very friendly and easy to talk to.
