Receptionist is rude. The room is ok. The price is cheap. Need more training when staff is communicated with guests. Please at least speak politely. The assist. manager Eric Lam is professional and nice. Thank you for helpjng us.

Very good experience and friendly staff

Panda Hotel, Hong Kong is a spotlessly clean, convenient, and well equipped hotel. The rooms are quiet and peaceful, allowing for a calm and restful sleep with minimal noise from neighbors. The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making guests feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their stay. Rooms include fridge, kettle with coffee/tea, wardrobe, safety deposit box, sofa bed, toiletries, and a wet-resistant tissue box. Housekeeping is professional and trustworthy,they tidy your room without disturbing your personal belongings. The hotel is close to bus stops, train stations, shops, restaurants, Disneyland, and Ngong Ping, and there are direct buses to and from the airport. Staff are friendly and accommodating, ironing boards are available on request, and towels are provided without extra charge. The value for money is excellent, the rooms are reasonably priced considering the amenities and service.

After our family stay from January 9–12, 2026, my partner and I booked an extra night, which was unfortunately cancelled unjustly by Agoda. Nelson, the hotel ambassador, went above and beyond to help us, he offered a comfortable place to sit, complimentary drinks, and patiently assisted us while we tried to sort the booking. Unfortunately, Agoda did not provide any assistance, and the hotel was already fully booked, so we could not rebook a room.

We are extremely grateful to Nelson and the Panda Hotel team for their professionalism, care, and thoughtfulness. We highly recommend Panda Hotel and will definitely return!

Very friendly staffs and accomodating. If you plan to visit hongkong with your family this is the perfect place to stay. Shout out to Nelson (one of their friendly staff)who helped us throughout our stay. Will be back again soon.

Nice location, accessible to MTR. Weather is also cooler than the weather in the city. If you want to experience buying fruits and vegetables in their local market, best to stay here. Looking for a place to eat is not a problem since you’re literally connected to a mall with supermarket and restaurants.

The location of this hotel is great and there are shops and restaurants nearby,as for the staff,they are very warm and friendly esp.NELSON,i will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends,the place is clean and we had no trouble with regards to hotel processes,we hope to be back here soon

We had so much fun here! The staff are very accommodating! When we are waiting for our check-in time, they let us leave our baggage with them with full security.
Panda hotel is a very nice place to stay because you have all the things you need just within your reach. A wonderful surprise we had was the basement store which had all the great deals for groceries!! There is also a direct entry and exit for the overpass which provides a 10 minute walk to tai wo hao station (my friend at the reception taught me it was pronounced as daí wò haó). Fast food is also within reach! The mcdonalds and KFC is just within a 5-minute walk. The rooms are also clean and well- organazied and room service is provided on your second day visit. If you want to travel to macau on your free day, panda hotel also provides you with the terminal you need to get to the hong kong-macau port via bus and coach. We had a one day trip to macau on our own and we still managed to get back to our hotel with little to no navigation because of how accessible it is to existing roads

I had a really pleasant stay at Panda Hotel here in Hong Kong. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and comfortable. The staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist whenever I had questions.

Special mention to Nelson — he was very approachable, friendly, and professional. He made the experience even better by being accommodating and easy to talk to, which really made me feel welcome.

Overall, the service was great, the atmosphere was relaxing, and I felt well taken care of during my stay. I would definitely recommend Panda Hotel and would love to stay here again in the future.

I traveled to Hong Kong with my sisters and booked this hotel via Trip.com for affordable price. We stayed here for 3 nights.

The room we had is Family Single Double room. It’s a room with a single and double bed. The room is clean and spacious and also have a couch, side table, swivel chair, desk, and mini fridge.

Other than that, there are various shops, restaurants and a 7-eleven on the floors below the hotel.

The hotel lobby on 3rd floor is connected to walkway to MTR Tsuen Wan station (Tsuen Wan Line) which is really convenient. It’s also a 10 min. walk to MTR Tai Wo Hau station (Tsuen Wan Line).

The staff were also approachable and hospitable. They allowed us to have our luggage drop before check in and after check out.

The room was spacious and clean. The location was great, conveniently situated near shopping centers and MTR stations. The ambiance was good, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Sir Nelson. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

We had a pleasant stay at the Panda Hotel. The room and its services, the reception lobby and services, the cafeteria for veg meals, and the shuttle services were amazing, Mr Nelson, Hotel Ambassador extended his help before the departure to make our overall stay comfortable. Apart from hotel amenities, there is a mall at the ground floor and basement which helped us to buying eating and other stuff. Since the hotel is well connected to MTR and bus stop, we made multiple trips to different places.

Location was okay. Located inside the mall, food and groceries are accessible good for families. However, the rooms are kinda dusty. Tables, lamps, carpet are dusty. We had a bad experience from our 1st night. The room was so cold, colder than the outside temp and we called for maintenance. It was 1am and the lady supervisor kept on shouting to open the room lights when she could have been more gentle cuz who shouts at 1am when you’re a staff. When they checked the AC temp, it was 12 degrees celsius! Imagine how cold that was and we have a baby. At first they offered more blanket. Of course we declined. Blanket will not do anything to lessen the cold. We insisted for a room change. They transferred us to another room. Before leaving, we saw a USED CONDOM under the side bed table. USED CONDOM!! So it is very obvious that they don’t clean the rooms properly. Carpets and not even vacuumed. They mainly focus only on changing bed sheets, towels and taking out the trash. Yes, this may be a budget hotel. But I’ve been to budget hotels with clean rooms. Never had a bad experience w budget hotels. I was actually expecting that Panda Hotel would be clean based on the reviews I’ve read.

Nevertheless, we had a good experience with the services they offered like the free shuttle bus going in and out of the city. Nelson was helpful with the details, but i never saw him again in the next 3 days we stayed in the hotel.

The rooms are very nice and functional. The staff are very kind and always greet us with smiles on thier faces. Ivy, the supervisor and Henry, the Manger are very accommodating. I will stay here again on my next visit here.
