Toilet was leaking and Susie called a plumber to fix it. She cleaned the floor thoroughly and gave new towels. Her service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The hotel was very clean and conveniently located, with many shops and restaurants downstairs. 10 min walk from subway. Convenient hotel

Perfect for families. Our room is a quadraple room and it’s really perfect for us - a family of 4. The hotel is also convenient because it has a mall from the ground floor and an access to the train station and bus station. They always clean our room everyday and gave us complete toiletries. The staff are so nice and hospitable, especially Sir Nelson from Panda Place (Tsue Wan) who assisted us from check in to check out.

Receptionist is rude. The room is ok. The price is cheap. Need more training when staff is communicated with guests. Please at least speak politely. The assist. manager Eric Lam is professional and nice. Thank you for helpjng us.

Panda Hotel, Hong Kong is a spotlessly clean, convenient, and well equipped hotel. The rooms are quiet and peaceful, allowing for a calm and restful sleep with minimal noise from neighbors. The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making guests feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their stay. Rooms include fridge, kettle with coffee/tea, wardrobe, safety deposit box, sofa bed, toiletries, and a wet-resistant tissue box. Housekeeping is professional and trustworthy,they tidy your room without disturbing your personal belongings. The hotel is close to bus stops, train stations, shops, restaurants, Disneyland, and Ngong Ping, and there are direct buses to and from the airport. Staff are friendly and accommodating, ironing boards are available on request, and towels are provided without extra charge. The value for money is excellent, the rooms are reasonably priced considering the amenities and service.

After our family stay from January 9–12, 2026, my partner and I booked an extra night, which was unfortunately cancelled unjustly by Agoda. Nelson, the hotel ambassador, went above and beyond to help us, he offered a comfortable place to sit, complimentary drinks, and patiently assisted us while we tried to sort the booking. Unfortunately, Agoda did not provide any assistance, and the hotel was already fully booked, so we could not rebook a room.

We are extremely grateful to Nelson and the Panda Hotel team for their professionalism, care, and thoughtfulness. We highly recommend Panda Hotel and will definitely return!
