Ok for sleeping there
Pros:

- The receptionists were always polite and helpful
- The bedsheets were clean, the bed comfortable and the temperature not super warm during the night, despite the room having no windows. Note that the air conditioning is controlled centrally and cannot be adjusted.

Cons:

- The Bathroom was dirty and the room a bit rundown. I suggest the staff to renovate them.
- The Door of the room was thin and therefore it was a bit noisy when other guests checked in/out at night

Cons:

I booked through Booking . Com, the name of the property is different with the real one, when I arrived to the receptionist, he said that Oyo’s hotel dint exisct anymore, they changed to P Residence, and We booked 4 person for 300 thousand rupiah, but when in the desk, he said that my booking is only for 3 person, not for 4 person, if 4 person, the price is 550.000, it’s not make sense, to change the price without confirmation, it’s very dissapoinred us as a customer.

the most terrible hotel i have ever seen
Pros:

Front was not professional so I waited for check in for 10 minutes.and shower room was dirty , there was hairs on bed. I asked housekeeper to clean the room but he didnt say sorry , just did it as i asked. location also is not good.
