Pros:

El desayuno es regular. La Ubicacion es excelente.

Cons:

Pedi servicio de limpieza en mi habitacion en el Lobby y nunca llego en los primeros dos dias. Luego tuve que hablar directamente con la persona de roomservice y fue muy amable y servicial. Una senora gruesa de pelo rubio en el counter del hotel fue muy grosera y poco amable. Sin embargo los empleados hombres del counter todos muy atentos. Por la tormenta de nieve tuve que salir un dia antes del hotel.

Pros:

Booked the room and the would not honor my Bonvoy status. I’ll stay at the Hampton Inn, which is right next door for future trips up in that area. Screw off Marriott

Coffee was terrible but everything else was perfect and clean

Cons:

Even though we only stayed two nights, our room was not clean and beds were not made. I have never stayed in a hotel where the room was not cleaned everyday. They told me that they do not clean if you only stay two nights and we would have had to ask for it to be done. Came back very late at night and was shocked

Close to everything we needed. Clean.
Love the shower head spray - Relaxing

Cons:

Booked a double , 2 double beds.
Given a 1 king. No biggie.
One night stay and worth the price.

Nice second stay here with family
Pros:

As you can see from my last review earlier this year I stayed here earlier this year with four rooms for my family. We all enjoyed our stay here last time, therefore I reserved another four rooms for my family again since we had to attend another family affair in the area later this year. I used my Marriott Bonvoy hotel points to book all four king bedrooms for Saturday through Monday for a two night weekend. Each of the four hotel rooms cost me 49k points each or 196k points for four rooms for two weekend nights. Our Saturday check-ins and Monday morning check-outs went smoothly.I had not problem using my points. The parking lot was busy when we arrived on Saturday, but had less vehicles on Sunday evening. I had a standard king bedroom #233 located on the second floor rear of the hotel overlooking the construction of new buildings. See my pics. My room had a small refrigerator. The bathroom shower had liquid dispensers mounted on the shower wall to dispense liquid shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. I was disappointed that I was not upgraded to a suite as I was upgraded earlier this year, since I also reserved four hotel rooms earlier this year. My room had a 43-inch LG flat screen HDTV. We also again enjoyed the adjacent and connected Bonefish Grill restaurant. We will likely return here again if we have to attend another family affair in the area. I like the location of this restaurant to by other family and friends in Bergen County.
