Wingate by Wyndham Livonia

Very outdated like it's never been remodeled. Very dirty, musty. Leaks are everywhere. Some rooms have both fridge and microwave, other exact same rooms have one or none. Everyone complained about something. The staff just doesn't care although some are very nice. Towels are so worn out, they have no threads. Furniture is scratched. Surprisingly bad experience at Comfort Inn.

Quiet, comfortable and safe!

I did not have a good experience. I understand old places but towels were not completely cleaned, should've been thrown away, television only one channel, bucket full of water under sink, hair found in tub and tub looked under construction and there was a phone but didn't work or had a cord to it. I got another room, which was a little better, still TV one channel and no fridge or microwave.

My stay here was the worst stay I have had in a long while…I was here for 3 nights and the rooms were never cleaned because house keeping never came; there were roaches in the bathroom including the showers and I did not get any towels replaced until my last night of stay. This is not service.

the coffee maker was broken

Front desk staff was very nonchalant and off-putting. Seemed to have an attitude because my key card wasnt programmed correctly as if that was my fault. Hallways were extremely warm. Bathtub was not thoroughly cleaned.

It was great; however this Comfort Inn said it was closing its doors this August because of outdated & old welcoming furniture.

Not a great experience! First, room i reserved was given away and i got a handicap room. Second, no towels at all in the bathroom. Third, the coffee maker was broken ( power switch was completely missing, how does that go un-noticed?!) Plus side bedding looked and smelled clean. My suggestion is to spend a little more money and stay somewhere else. I myself will not be returning.

traveled recently out of state for graduation in this area. could not check in at 4 p.m. saying room wasn't ready. no big deal we did paperwork and returned at 9 after visiting with family and having dinner. we were exhausted and looking forward to rest. we went into our handicap room and bed was stripped but unmade, no linens for bed or bathroom. Toilet was disgusting and floor was even soiled. The person at desk tried to be helpful but the other handicap room was not made up. he ended up finding me linens. I made our bed up and cleaned the bathroom with bleach wipes that I carry in my car. 3 clerks that we interacted with said they would tell manager. We never heard from the manager and saw no adjustment in our bill. Not a good experience.

First the closet had blood or soda all over the wall. The ironing board was trash. The carpeting in the hallways was worn out with holes. The beds were clean, bath and room carpeting was clean. The breakfasts were minimal. We were overcharged. We booked and have confirmation for 6 days but charged for 7. Comfort Inn politely took care of the extra charge (thank you). Property needs some maintence work. Maintenance staff promptly and courteously fixed the TV. While not perfect, we would stay here again. However, I don't think we will book with Expedia.

I’ve stayed here many times. They need a make over/ remodel. It’s getting very tired. The receptionist was lounging in a chair, until she sees you need something.

This hotel is in need of a complete makeover/remodeling/refresh.
After the desk person was unsuccessful at making keys that functioned in 2 rooms we were upgraded to a 3rd room but upon leaving that room for any reason had to raise the inside door bar in order for it to lock.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Smell of marijuana everywhere, dirty corridors, check in took long time, the keys for the doors doesn't work you need to go back every single time to recharge the card key, was assigned to a room that wasn't clean with stained sheets and bathroom sink wasn't clean from the previous visitor's toothpaste and soap, I asked to change the room and they did, Very loud neighbor, fighting the main desk they didn't bother to come to sort it out. Don't come to this place old dirty building smell of marijuana, fighting place with the same price you can have nice, safe place to sleep.

I love the front desk staff, Alexis was fantastic! Very helpful, housekeeping is very poor, some rooms had unmade beds, my room had urine around the toilet floor when I checked in and no one on staff to clean it, maintenance man came and cleaned it!

The air conditioning did not work and they need to at least add microwave inside the roomss

Good place for Business travel on a budget, Road Warriors and Families, on a budget. Good value for the money.

Staff checking in was WONDERFUL. However, our toilet overflowed around 7:45 in the morning and by check out at 10a we never saw maintenance to fix it. When I asked for towels, to assist with the toilet water, I was told they had none to offer. Aside from that, it served it's purpose

Not bad for the price. Didn’t see any bugs, or etc
