El hospedaje espectacular, la cama muy cómoda, super limpio todo, las habitaciones son climatizada, todos lps dias organizan miy bien, adicional no es una habitación sino comp un apartamento muy cómodo y tranquilo, los desayunos son ricos. Hay facilidad de lavar tu ropa aunque tiene un costo adicional, la ubicación es espectacular tiene todo cerca

Excelente hotel en La Paz con súper atencion por parte del personal.
Pros:

La habitación fue excelente. Con una sala y comedor súper buena. Camas cómodas y baño con bañera. El personal fue muy amable y nos permitieron tener la habitación más temprano del check in sin costo, fueron muy amables dado que llegamos desde las 7am, así que fue un súper detalle.

Buen hotel pero no un 5 estrellas
Pros:

Muy buena localización, personal amable, pisos muy amplios

Cons:

No parece un hotel de 5 estrellas.

La cocina muy mal equipada. Te dan solo 1 botella de agua para 5 días, queda muy cutre.

El desayuno muy justo para este tipo de hotel, y muy poca opción vegana. El menú del restaurante que tienen nada vegano y casi nada vegetariano

5 Estrelas? De Jeito Nenhum!

Quarto espaçoso, com cama confortável.

Cons:

Quartos finais 1 e 8 são extremamente ruidosos, inclusive na madrugada, pois as janelas não isolam o ruído externo, deixando entrar todo o ruído da movimentada praça em frente ao hotel.
A calefacao é ligada das 19h às 23h, independentemente da vontade do cliente, tornando o quarto um forno.
Recepcionista atrapalhado, não anotou os pagamentos efetuados no check-in e agendou o táxi para o horário errado, gerando constrangimento e atrasos.

Cons:

La actitud del personal, era que no era tan pro activo como otros hoteles; el personal dormía en las habitación de a lado, además no ponían precios al menú de frigobar solo al menú de restaurante; el gym no queda en el hotel queda a 400m aproximadamente.

No hay una actitud de guía turística, además daban el servios de periódico y cuando exigí e dijeron que desde el 2020 q ya no hay, además no tiene Netflix o algún stream y no hay aire acondicionado… 5 estrellas y q no haya tele S-Mart o aire es terrible
