The breakfast was horrible no cereal and milk for cereal for kids no oatmeal just dry muffins and nutrition grains bars and packets of grits with no bowls to put the grits in no juice for kids just coffee and hot cocoa not even fruit as an option!!

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible. Hot water and instant coffee and tea, instant oatmeal and energy bars. Not what I call breakfast.
no oj no cereal with milk. Very disappointed.

Pathetic
Pros:

Location was 30 mins from Niagara Falls

Cons:

I was given room 238 & 218. 218 - bed was disorganized, trash all over the floor with old towels, ac not working .. I was then given another room 135 - guess what - the blinds shades didn’t work.. we have to sleep there without having a shade… imagine our situation with family.. there is zero privacy

Rooms were clean.

Cons:

Funny smells in hallway. They didn’t have a big assortment of breakfast items (no fruit) and they took away the breakfast items pretty early. Some areas of the hotel could be cleaner. For example, there was a window with a lot of white stuff all over it (bird poop?) right near the elevator.

Pros:

There was a gap 2-3 inches wide on the door for the room. We could hear everything that was going on in the rooms next to us that we wish we could unhear. Shower/tub had a slime in it. The room was very cold and the heater kept turning off. The clerk at the front desk was more i terested in talking his phone and to another coworker.
