Wir hatten drei Zimmer ebenerdig auf dem Hinterhof und mussten immer die Vorhänge zu machen, weil sonst jeder reingucken konnte. Unsere Zimmer waren nicht so frisch renoviert wie die Fotos der Zimmerbeschreibungen.
Close to main station and metro
Shower head was broken
Locatie is prima, loopafstand van het station en diverse metro stations. Bedden waren comfortabel.
De kamer was zeer oud, en de badkamer ronduit smerig. Overal schimmel, alles was krakkemikkig of gewoon stuk. Deuren sloten niet goed, tv deed het niet, ontbijt was oud en niet lekker.

スタッフの方も親切にしてくださり、とても楽しい旅行になりました。日本語を話せる方も居り、安心できました☺️
近くに美味しいパン屋さんもありました。

Unsere Zimmer brauchen dringend eine Renovierung.
5. Etage
Personal war sehr freundlich.
Ruhige Lage und nah an öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Sehr große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet und sehr gut!
Sehr gute Matratzen in den Betten.
Im Bad gab es keine Haken o.ä., um die Handtücher aufzuhängen. Auch im übrigen Zimmer gab es dafür nichts .
Bad war nicht sehr sauber.

Mängel wurden behoben
Beim Frühstück wurde nicht sehr oft oder nur langsam nach gelegt was an Speisen leer war.
Eigentlich Raum zu klein
La colazione anche se in spazi ristretti era molto buona. Avevi sempre a disposiziine caffe e qualche dolcetto.

We liked the room, the location and the friendly staff.
The breakfast room is very small and at some days it was overcrowded with guests. I think hotel should provide more support to their staff for managing such situations as one person can't handle it alone.
Also, some guests were careless about other guests. For example, they didn't eat but they remained in the eating area talking and sitting even though other guests didn't have a place to sit. Very rude!
But the staff was helpful in managing the situation.
Der Weg vom Bahnhof/ Metro war super , die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich .
Sehr laut , aber es gibt auch leider viele Menschen die keine Rücksicht auf andere nehmen . Und nachts Türen knallen …..
Sauberkeit war nicht gut , schon der Treppenaufgang ist sehr schmutzig was mich eigt so nicht störte aber der erste Eindruck….. haben von 4 Nächte nur 1 mal reinigen lassen weil das war die reinste Katastrophe. Hatten frühstück gebucht waren an verschiedenen Uhrzeiten frühstücken, es war jedes Mal schwer ein Platz zu bekommen und auch die Auswahl katastrophal . Die Angestellten kamen gar nicht nach mit auffüllen. Dann lieber um die Ecke ins Café oder in die Markthalle neben dran .
Chambre spacieuse, personnel très agréable et disponible, quartier sympa et animé avec nombreux restaurants, cafés et commerces à proximité. La chambre qui ne donnait pas sur la rue était calme. Métro à 5-6 mn à pieds.

Colazione:Alle 9 del mattino pochissima scelta e solo salata .
Reception: abbiamo dovuto aspettare 15min all’esterno dell’edificio perché la porta scorrevole dell’ingresso era chiusa e non c’era nessuno ad aprirci nonostante avessimo citofonato e chiamato la struttura .
La ubicación
Me dejaron la puerta de la habitación abierta luego de la limpieza, la limpieza no muy buena y el baño de la recepción es súper sucio
We liked the location, as it’s very close to Gare de l’Est. The staff was friendly, we appreciated being able to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out, and the room was clean.
The lighting could be improved, and some of the light switches were not working properly. In the bathroom, the shower head did not have a proper holder, so it had to be held by hand. Additionally, a tile from the lower part of the wall had come loose. Although we placed it back, it fell again during the night, which was a bit unsettling.
Gute Lage. Kaffee und Wasser jederzeit verfügbar. Freundliche Mitarbeiter.
Badezimmer hätte besser geputzt sein können. Beim Frühstück zuwenig Sitzgelegenheiten,, auch teilweise fehlendes Geschirr, ab 9 Uhr wenig Angebot oder Auswahl beim Essen.
