Veldig små rom. Ikke noe hånd dusj på badet ( dusjen plasert på taket). Ikke noe kjøleskap, heisen var ustand.

Breakfast was stale crossiant & toast. Fruit and yougart that's it. Not worth the cost

On check in i had one guest and no breakfast. I was charged for two breakfast £20 and told i couldn't change it. I showed my booking £20 cheaper and only then was refunded for one.

Old windows- room was nosy

Basic room, no room to walk round bed

TV didnt work. It runs off WiFi and kept freezing every 30secs. Couldn't watch anything

It´s understandable that last weekend heatwave was one of the rare incidents in London, but the room can be very stuffy and hot when the weather is warm. Besides that, the double bed is be a bit on the smaller side and hard.

No aircon window only slightly opens so no air and room small

Alles war perfekt, bis auf die extreme Hitze im Zimmer (bestimmt über 28 Grad), was sehr unangenehm war. Ich war im Sommer 2026 dort, so dass das Haus sehr aufgeheizt war. Man konnte die Fenster nur einen kleinen Spalt öffnen, was schade war, denn draußen war es inzwischen wieder kühl. Angeblich ist es nicht erlaubt. Sehr bedauerlich, daher kann ich es für einen Sommeraufenthalt leider nicht empfehlen, obwohl der Rest gut war. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt war der tägliche Handtuchwechsel, ich hätte das nicht gebraucht und ist nicht ökologisch, war natürlich gut gemeint, doch kann man anders lösen (z. B. Nur Handtücher auf dem Boden wechseln)

Llegamos y pagamos el “early check in” nos dieron una planta 5 y el ascensor estaba averiado. Al subir con las maletas, nos encontramos un zulo de menos de 8 metros. Con un baño metido en un armario sin mampara en la ducha y podías lavarte los dientes mientras te duchabas. La ducha no tenía alcachofa era un tubo que estaba pegado al techo. Solicitamos un cambio de habitación, ya que no se correspondía en NADA con la reserva de la habitación y nos dijeron que nos habían hecho un favor, porque al pagar el
“Early check in” nos habían dado la mejor habitación, porque tenía aire acondicionado. Estábamos hablando de Londres 35º ola de calor. Las ventanas no se podían abrir. En la recepción nos trataron de tontas. Cuando dijimos que esto no era lo q habíamos pagado. Dijeron q no pueden poner todas las habitaciones en booking. Pero de lo que venden a lo

Caigáis en el mismo error. Seguro que lo que encontraréis ya será mucho mejor.

Das Hotel hat in den Zimmern keine Klimaanlage, die Rezeption und der Gang schon. Bei Außentemperaturen von 37 Grad ist es im Zimmer unerträglich heiß, da schaffen zwei kleine Ventilatoren auch keine Abhilfe, zumal man das Fenster nur einen kleinen Spalt öffnen kann. Außerdem war das Waschbecken verstopft, wenn man sich einmal die Hände gewaschen hat, war es voll und wurde nicht einmal über Nacht komplett frei. Auch nach Reklamation an der Rezeption wurde es nicht repariert. Händewaschen und Zähneputzen waren eine Herausforderung, weil man dazu auch nicht die Dusche verwenden konnte. Ob und wie das Waschbecken von der Reinigungskraft jemals gesäubert wurde, bleibt mir ein Rätsel.
