Purtroppo durante il nostro soggiorno non funzionava l'ascensore
Lo único bueno del hotel es la ubicación cercana a Hyde Park, estación de metro y paradas de autobús.
La habitación, para 3 personas, es demasiado pequeña, y eso lo convierte en un espacio incómodo a la hora de compartir. Los colchones son duros y de mala calidad, además de extremadamente estrechos, por lo que tampoco es cómodo dormir allí. El baño es, de nuevo, minúsculo. Y además, no tiene toma de corriente, por lo que es imposible secarse el pelo o usar cualquier tipo de aparato eléctrico de higiene, belleza o bienestar. El hotel solo pone a disposición de los clientes una toalla por huésped; toalla minúscula que parece más bien de manos y que tapa justo hasta el culo, siendo muy incómoda para secarse bien. Por otro lado, el ascensor está estropeado (a saber cuánto tiempo lleva así), y no hace falta comentar el suplicio que eso debe suponer para huéspedes que se alojen en un tercer piso y deban subir maletas de 20kg por esas escaleras tan estrechas. Para terminar, la "cafetería" o "sala de desayunos" es muy reducida e insuficiente para cubrir las necesidades de la clientela. A veces hay que hacer incluso "cola" para acceder allí a la hora del desayuno, porque las ocho mesas que tienen están ocupadas. Y nada digo ya del desayuno... simple y escaso. En fin, para ser un hotel de 3 estrellas, es penoso.

Zimmer direkt neben der Küche, daher ab 7 Uhr sehr laut.

I liked the location, and staff was friendly
Room was tiny, they've put the tv wall holder by end of the bed. I've hurt my shoulder with it as it's literally so close to the bed. Very disappointed.
Lift wasn't working and they didn't mention it in advance at arrival.
The room I was in was a good size room, great size bathroom and comfy bed. Room cleaned everyday with fresh lien which is nice
Upon arrival a member of staff (receptionist) was smoking in the entrance which was poor. The tv in my room didn’t work , I did tell them and they came to look at it, turns out you need to pull the tv out for it work. I was on the ground floor and you have to walk over steps to get passed to the doors, really random. Checking out a member of staff was drinking a can of pop, (again I get people have to drink but not in front of customers)
The location was perfect, lovely staff, room was perfectly equipped with everything I needed.
The windows were only single glazed so very noisy, but you are in central London. I took my noise reducers. Single glazed also meant soaking wet window in the inside, so double glazing would be much better & quiter.
La struttura era in una posizione ottima: a 10 minuti neanche dalla stazione di Paddington.
Nonostante la camera non fosse grandissima, era ben organizzata con un armadio, una scrivania, tv, scaldino..
Nella camera mancava un piccolo frigo; il lavandino del bagno era un pochino piccolo e il soffione della doccia non aveva molta pressione.

We checked in to discover that the lift is ‘out of order’ (aka they’re still building it) and our room was on the 2nd floor. Upon asking for some help (pregnant, 2nd trimester) I was told by the receptionist that she was alone, had to stay at her desk and that I should just bring the luggage up the stairs myself. Now, while I understand the issue itself, there was absolutely zero empathy (no apology, no different solution, just a ‘take your bags and stop bothering me attitude’). It was not very pleasant. Upon finally entering the room, it looked pretty much like the pictures, until we looked at the beds. Body hair on all the duvets and linens. Went to ask for help, were told that the cleaning service would only come in the morning and got suggested another room (ground floor, so they existed!). The issue? Body hair there too (both in the linen and in the shower drain, that had clearly not been cleaned). Tried a third room on the 4th floor, even worse (smelled like clogged toilets on top of the linen issue). In the end we got some semi-clean linen from the receptionist and put it ourselves in the beds to avoid touching the dirtier ones. The following day we asked for a proper linen change and, although they provided, the issue remained. Basically, the problem seems to lie in the laundry service they’re using, because ALL of their linen comes with body hair. So while I really appreciate the cleaning service at the hotel doing what they could, it was a very unpleasant experience to have to sleep in linen covered in other people’s hair.
Booking’s customer service was also contacted the very moment the issue appeared and they came back to me three days later… I really don’t think I’ll be using this platform anymore, when things are bad you’re just left on your own.
