The location was perfect
It was very strange that as an guest you had to pay for parking. Even more disturbing was that vehicles displaying military disable plates parked in handicapped spaces still had to pay.
*BE MINDFUL WHERE YOU PARK YOUR CAR* I have been here before and never had problems until I went with my boyfriend to celebrate my birthday and both of our cars along with two others got their front passenger windows smashed in… granted we didn’t park our cars in the paid parking lot but we were still on the property right next to the hotel and so were the other cars! There were no cameras and no one ever contacted us
This hotel is also under renovation and we were lucky enough to be on the floor with the construction
Only good thing was the pool (ish) and the bartender!
Stayed at the property next door in the past and wanted to try something new. It's closer to the freeway which makes it noisier. They might be in the middle of a renovation, but it's hard to tell. Parking is an extra $5 if you park inside the gate, but it's probably OK to park outside for free. Room layout made watching TV in bed challenging. People are friendly here.

The location is great and the lobby is very nice. Our room (220) was really bad. The floor was squishy and felt very unstable. The bathroom sink had a large crack in it. The tub is in desperate need of resurfacing. The finish was worn away and I could feel bumps under my feet. The drain area was disgusting. The room was clean enough, it was just very tired and old and needs an update. I'm truly not sure if it is even safe with the floor. My husband walked out of the bathroom, into the sink area, and I was in bed and I could feel it move as he walked.

It was very quiet. Not a lot of noise from other guests and didn’t hear any freeway noise in the room.
The whole place is a little run down. The bistro is unimpressive. Nearly $16 for a breakfast burrito and the Starbucks products are laughable. Could use some lattes.

No me respetaron la reserva, según la recepcionista que intentaron hacer el cargo con mi tarjeta antes de que yo arribara, revisé con mi banco y no hubo ningún intento de cargo y mi tarjeta está bien y disponible y no recibí ninguna notificación ni a mi teléfono ni por email, el hotel me canceló la reserva y vendió las habitaciones que yo había solicitado y al llegar no las tenía y me dejaron sin hotel ya que había un concierto y estaban saturados los hoteles de la ciudad. Tuve que viajar a una ciudad cercana para alojarme.
