It was very quiet. Not a lot of noise from other guests and didn’t hear any freeway noise in the room.
The whole place is a little run down. The bistro is unimpressive. Nearly $16 for a breakfast burrito and the Starbucks products are laughable. Could use some lattes.

No me respetaron la reserva, según la recepcionista que intentaron hacer el cargo con mi tarjeta antes de que yo arribara, revisé con mi banco y no hubo ningún intento de cargo y mi tarjeta está bien y disponible y no recibí ninguna notificación ni a mi teléfono ni por email, el hotel me canceló la reserva y vendió las habitaciones que yo había solicitado y al llegar no las tenía y me dejaron sin hotel ya que había un concierto y estaban saturados los hoteles de la ciudad. Tuve que viajar a una ciudad cercana para alojarme.

There was a large bug in the bathroom.
My experience at Courtyard by Marriott San Antonio Airport has been absolutely horrible.
First, on day one of my stay, there was no hot water in the sink. We reported it immediately, and a plumber came to the room. He said he would return soon to fix it, but he never came back. When we called the front desk to request a room change, the staff told us they didn’t have permission to move us.
Second, on days two and three, we had the exact same issue — still no hot water, and again, no one would authorize a room change so we could have basic amenities.
Third, since checking out, I have called this hotel over a dozen times to discuss compensation for the inconvenience. Despite multiple promises, neither the manager (Deanna) nor the general manager (Ruben) has returned my calls. It has now been more than 45 days with no response.
I also contacted Marriott Bonvoy customer service and spent more than 2½ hours on the phone, only to be told they could not help beyond asking the hotel to call me — which, again, never happened.
I have been a Marriott Member for over 25 years, and this has been one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had.
I do not recommend this hotel due to the poor facility (no hot water), lack of communication (no follow-up for over a month), and complete failure to take responsibility for their actions. This experience has made me seriously reconsider my loyalty to the Marriott brand.
Checked in for two double queen rooms and they gave us two king rooms. Big inconvenience. Rooms are not near one another. Staff was not helpful.

I started staying at this location years ago because it’s conveniently located minutes from the airport but the last 5 years or so I enjoy staying here because of the staff. They are so friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable, it’s like staying with family.
Friendly service and great location for the airport. The price is right including a breakfast.

You tend to hear other customers in the hallway. Not a dealbreaker
Hotel was good, everything is dated. TVs are small and only have limited cable channels. Both the soap and conditioner were empty in the shower, yet they leave a card asking for a tip for the cleaning service. They also charge you to park, which seems like money grab to me since they have a parking lot that is hidden and right in front of the hotel.

We we're greated right away. The hotel is clean and our room is spacious. The bed is the best part of our stay, so comfortable. We can't wait to come back.
