I was so disappointed how run down and dirty our room was. I noticed it looked like they where do rehab on hotel.
Pros:

Good location, nice lobby, nice cafe, nice restaurant and good sitting areas out side.

Cons:

Our room was run down, stained carpet, furniture had big chunks of Formica broken off night stand by bed, out side sitting area very dirty. Out side furniture very dirty, greasy finger print on sliding glass and glass banister. I did report this to front desk, cleaning crew came in second day there and somewhat cleaned, not very well. Lobby, Cafe, Restaurant and outside sitting area were very nice. So disappointing to have such a dirty and run down room,

Best staff and location in Victoria!
Pros:

Location, We had a view of the harbor, and a balcony to sit out at and watch boats and seaplanes and paddlers whiz by.

Cons:

Noise of the a/c, H/vac was obnoxiously loud, plus construction in the neighborhood was so loud we closed the balcony turned off the a/c and vent.. Then after all the construction work stopped for the day, we opened the balcony doors and let the evening air cool off the room

Great location. Good staff. Has everything you need.
Pros:

Good location for walking to downtown, secure caged parking underground was a nice bonus, they had it for cyclists too, good restaurant, coffee to go cafe in lobby was handy. Concierge was handling all the luggage temporary storage like a champ.

Cons:

Was a little pricey, but fair for the location. Is an older hotel than it appears so they are renovating in spots but it did not disturb us. Lobby cafe prices were very high, but restaurant was quite reasonable.

Pros:

Staff was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. Breakfast at Aura restaurant was amazing, generous portions, good quality food. Room was clean with comfortable bed. Staff was more than accommodating and quickly offered another room for me and my son when we realized the originally booked room was right next to the scaffolding due to renovations.

Cons:

The hotel rate is pricey

Pros:

The location was great, restaurant was also very good. It’s clean and pretty comfortable

Cons:

I asked for a specific room type, confirmed via email and didn’t ending up getting it without explanation! The trip was great but the cherry on top wasn’t there.
