The Alexis Royal Sonesta Hotel Seattle

The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were spacious. Bathroom was big and modern. It was in a great location for our trip for the FIFA World Cup being walking distance to the stadium and the waterfront. The concierge was so friendly and helpful. The barista in the Bookstore Cafe was also very friendly and accomodating.

Convenient and rooms were very nice. Rooms felt luxe and moody. Shower was great and bathroom was modern. The front desk was helpful to get us checked-in and even placed my family on the same floor.

Very good location

We had a fantastic stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Robin at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. Check-in was quick and effortless, and they took the time to answer our questions and make us feel genuinely valued as guests. Their positive attitude and exceptional customer service really set the tone for our stay. Robin is a true asset to the hotel, and we really appreciate the outstanding hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was very nice and had a great staff.

We only stayed for one night for a concert but it was absolutely perfect from the moment we walked through the hotel door. Which was conveniently 2 blocks from the ferry dock and walking distance to Pikes Place. Check-in can sometimes feel like a chore after traveling all morning, but the gentleman named Noble at the front desk made it incredibly quick, smooth, and easy. He was so genuine, nice and easy to talk to which instantly made us feel welcome from the first step into the hotel. When we got up to our room we were absolutely blown away, it’s an understatement when I say it completely exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and very spacious. You can tell the staff really takes pride in keeping the property in tip top shape. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, seriously a huge thank you to Noble for setting such a great tone for our stay right from the start! We will definitely be back!

I stayed at the Royal Sonesta for a weekend a few weeks ago and can not say enough nice things about this hotel and the crew at the front desk (especially Noble!). I arrived after a cross country flight a bit exhausted and Noble made my check in process seamless and gave me the upmost customer service. I also was able to have my room upgraded and the soaking tub was EVERYTHING! After hiccup at with the restaurant the chef and team made sure to rectify the situation. I also loved that this location was in walking distance of a lot of the major tourist sites (Pike Place, Museum) but was on the quieter end of the street. Thanks so much Alexis Royal Sonesta!

The staff and valet guys were so nice!
