Spacious rooms, nice bathroom area and comfortable bed
Bad smell in the hallway
Location, decor, friendly staff. Lovely hotel bar.
Noisey room, maybe due to window that was not sealing on closure.
We had an amazing stay at the Kimpton Alexis hotel in Seattle! We loved loved the spa Suite where we stayed. They upgraded Us for free! The bathtub and bathroom area is simply amazing! I loved the modern Decor all throughout. I absolutely love that you can dim all the different lights in the main room and the bedroom area. My biggest thing I absolutely loved is the fact that we could take our cat. They were extremely happy to have him. Because, he is part of our family, it made us feel very good that they were so attentive to our pet. We absolutely also loved that you can walk easily to Pikes Place Market and the waterfront area. The only thing I missed was a microwave in the room. We definitely will be back!!
Very friendly staff (they seemed genuinely happy!), comfortable rooms, fun decor, and amazing location. Everything was perfect.
I am so glad I booked the Sonesta. I have never stayed at this brand before but I am glad I took a chance. The location is great. The rooms are huge and spacious, with comfortable beds and great air conditioning. All the staff are wonderful specifically Brandon and Scottie. The Bookstore Bar’s food was good, quick and pleasant service. I highly recommend this hotel.
Noble at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. He made me and my families experience a 10/10. Was very professional and generous upon checking in after not only having a packed but lobby but phone calls coming in left to right. This was me and my wife's first time here and can honestly say that the experience here has been far better than others. Thanks again to Noble for his professionalism and kindness to out of towners!
This is a nice hotel with really nice staff. Brandon & Nobel at the front desk showed us exceptional hospitality & made us feel welcome & at home. Very convenient to many downtown attractions like Pikes Place & the waterfront. Room amenities are nice with comfortable bed & convenient drink & snack options in the room. The valet staff Scott, Jay & Robert were helpful & accommodating. The only question mark for us was why Lobby coffee was not available all day. We would stay here again.
Such a great experience! We stayed for one night and the Noble was so kind to give us a complimentary room upgrade. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. Really appreciated the hospitality and would love to stay again <3
Great trip. Great room - awesome service at a beyond reasonable price. This is the only hotel I’ll be staying in when I visit Seattle. Highly recommend. Big shout out to my guy Noble - he was incredibly helpful.
This was my second stay and I would absolutely stay here again.
Huge thank you to Noble at reception who upgraded us to a room with a separate living room area. That extra space made such a difference since my partner and I were staying the full week for work downtown. It gave him a comfortable setup to work remotely with stable WiFi at the desk, and it was nice knowing he could also work from the living room or head down to the attached Bookstore Bar & Café if he wanted a change of space. Meanwhile, I could easily walk to my office each day.
The room itself felt really comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The giant windows, almost the length of the entire wall, brought in beautiful natural light during the day and made the space feel open and calm. At night, the blackout curtains were excellent coverage no big gaps. We both slept great. It was also very quiet. I barely heard any noise from adjacent rooms or overhead, which I always appreciate in a city hotel.
I used the 24/7 gym a couple of times during the week. It was tidy, clean, and efficiently designed and creative that they separate different types of workout into two different rooms / floors cardio vs. functional. Everything felt well maintained and easy to use.
Location wise, it was super convenient. It’s about a 8 minute walk to the Symphony train station, which made getting back to the airport simple on our way out. It was also an easy walk to Pike Place Market, one of the Taylor Shellfish Farms locations, the Chinatown-International District, and many excellent coffee shops.
I previously stayed here when my company booked a corporate block for an offsite for a few days. This stay was excellent. It made for a really comfortable home base for a full work week in downtown Seattle.
Wonderful, welcoming staff. Great restaurant recommendation. Close to ferry which I needed. Well appointed room.
We had a great stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, check in was super fast. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the noise we experienced during the stay. We had a room with view to the back alley and we were woken up by noise very early in the morning, garbage trucks and such. Also the aircon/heating system seems very outdated. When visiting in February you want your room to be warm. But that would mean that the fan went nuts about once an hour in order to fill the room with a huge amount of warm air and then go silent again…and then go bananas again the following hour. I think a better solution would be ideal.
When I arrived at Alexis I was welcomed by a gentleman Noble at the reception. He was professional in his conduct and confirmed my booking without a hassle. On my way to the room, I observed that the hotel was clean and neat, with beautiful artwork on walls. My room was also clean, neat, and well decorated with artwork. Toilet is flushing and shower has hot water. There was complimentary coffee and water available. The room is spacious and feels like a house or a home.
The hotel is beautiful and everyone is so friendly and helpful! Noble at the front desk made it special and went the extra mile!!
Manager was awesome and accommodating
