My Visit at Alexis Royal Sonesta Hotel
Pros:

When I arrived at Alexis I was welcomed by a gentleman Noble at the reception. He was professional in his conduct and confirmed my booking without a hassle. On my way to the room, I observed that the hotel was clean and neat, with beautiful artwork on walls. My room was also clean, neat, and well decorated with artwork. Toilet is flushing and shower has hot water. There was complimentary coffee and water available. The room is spacious and feels like a house or a home.

Great hotel! Felt like home :)
Pros:

Beds were very comfy. Room was very clean and cozy. Doorman, front desk staff, waiter were all super friendly. Food was delicious!

Cons:

A little pricey with the exchange rate but appreciated the $12 credit. Allowed us to enjoy the restaurant for food and drinks.

Would have been awesome except there was mold
Pros:

The main issue we had with our room was the mold in the bathroom. There was a good amount of mold on the ceiling in between the shower and the sink. The room was great, the location was perfect, the mold was just an atrocity for the price we paid for the room. I understand it was an extremely busy weekend in Seattle so the price was understandable, but the mold was not.

Cons:

The mold was unfortunately the line that was crossed. I cannot stay in a location with mold and unfortunately, we didn't notice it until after the concert we came to see. I was washing my makeup off, I look up and there's the mold! Gross.

Buona posizione vicino al porto, alla zona dei ristoranti sul molo e a pochi minuti da Pike Place.

Cons:

Camera piccola, nessuna cassaforte, luci minime, pulizia solo su richiesta (se non metti il cartello fuori la sera prima non ti fanno la stanza!).
La politica di prezzo è poco seria. Al prezzo “base” senza colazione inclusa è applicata una “fee” obbligatoria a fronte della quale verrebbe offerto: wifi gratuito, accesso al fitness center, 2 bottigliette d’acqua gratis all’arrivo, sconti sui negozi e ristoranti dei dintorni, 12USD di sconto al giorno (non cumulabili) nel loro ristorante e 5USD al giorno nel frigobar. In pratica è un aumento di prezzo non opzionale per servizi che dovrebbero essere inclusi, tranne gli sconti. Ma: degli sconti su negozi e ristoranti alla reception non sapevano, e dopo avere cercato hanno trovato una vecchia fotocopia dicendo che probabilmente non era più valida (erano comunque sconti ridicoli), dello sconto al frigobar in reception non sapevano (abbiamo dovuto mostrare la mail che ci era arrivata) e il ristorante era chiuso la domenica sera (quindi impossibile utilizzare lo sconto).
Non all’altezza del brand Sonesta.
