This is my favorite hotel
The location is good, the price for parking is $55 per day.
The room is very cold, we slept with our clothes on. There was no cold water, only hot, so it was impossible to wash. When you go to breakfast, dress very warmly.
Stylish
No USB in the room, no USB adapters available for use at front desk
The suite was Spacious and quiet.
It would be nice if a coffee machine was included in the room but they were happy to provide one for us.
No breakfast served
Smooth onboarding and exiting experience
Staff were apologetic but check in was entirely too long- and I never got a call (as they said they would) that my room was finally ready (cleaned) by housekeeping. I had to go back to the front desk and ask again. Despite being in a great location, I would not stay here again.
As above
The chairs and fitness room
The TV did not work and we had to call the front desk
Good stuff.
I think it was perfect!
Beautiful decor , staff friendly, breakfast was buffet but waitress made sure we had milk for grandson,, location was good and safe to walk in city, Beds were very comfortable.
It surprised me that they went to trouble of remodeling but put new low toilets that were difficult to sit down and toilet tisue was so thin it fell apart. For such an upscale property it was disappointing. Visit to Hubers was a let down, very loud and food was just OK. Food trucks within walking distance , nothing outstanding but pleasant atmosphere.
muy bueno solo horario muy reducido
todo estubo bien
Such a unique hotel. The whole vibe at the hotel was juat wonderful, felt like a different era.
Nice hotel and staff
Have to pay extra for high speed internet
The hotel room was a good size, and was located in the downtown core.
We needed to flush the toilet 3-5 times to be effective. The internet was not reliable. The valet had attitude. When we were at breakfast, we could hear two staff members arguing that one of them wasn't wearing a name tag. The whole dining area overheard.
