Pretty good.
Pros:

The friendly staff were exceptional,

Cons:

The bathroom could have used some detailed cleaning the old vent hole was caked with old gunk. And the shower door trims were dirty

Pros:

Lage am Wasser.

Cons:

Sehr laut innerhalb des Hotels. Sehr stark abgewohnt. Laufende Renovierungsarbeiten in bewohnten Etagen. Stark verschmutzte Hotelgänge. Besser wäre eine Renvierung je Etage, inklusive deren komplette Sperrung.

Disappointed
Pros:

Location is great.

Cons:

Not clean. Bathrooms had a urine smell. Shower curtain filthy. Switched rooms for second night and the smell was there on a different floor as well. Microwave and top cover on bed also unclean. Breakfast area had flooding with part of the ceiling coming down.

Great Stay
Pros:

Great location. We had the best room, which was spacious, newly refurbished & overlooked the water & The Fiddle. The beds were very comfy & also had a fridge & microwave if needed.

Cons:

The breakfast was ok. Very small area to get cereals & toast so was quite busy & had to ask the Staff a few times to refill a few things.

Perfekt für Stadtbesichtigung, aber auch problemlos erreichbar für Ausflüge außerhalb.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt wenn man die Stadt sehen will. Für ein zentral gelegenes Stadthotel erstaunlich ruhig in der Nacht. Es gibt ein einfaches und ein etwas gehobeneres Restaurant direkt im Hotel, beide sind empfehlenswert. Beide haben eine Kinderkarte

Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden einige Zimmer renoviert, dies wurde und nicht vorab mitgeteilt. Allerdings hat sich der Lärm in Grenzen gehalten, und die Arbeiten haben nie vor 09h00 angefangen. Daher nur ein zeitlich begrenztes "Problem", und auch nur wenn man sich tagsüber im Zimmer aufhält.

Pros:

View was great, beds were comfortable, breakfast well balanced

Cons:

Cot squeaked, carpet smelled bad, dishes in restaurant were not fully cleaned between customers, my food had someone else’s hair in it

The hotel needs a deep cleaning. The carpets and walls are gross. The AC leaked onto the carpet. The elevators were gross.
