Aston Grogol always be our choice to stay,their comfy room, reachable location and a lot of things we can try here, the food was good and service very excellent
I recently stayed at the ASTON Kartika Grogol for a three-night business trip and honestly, it was a pleasant surprise. Finding a place in Jakarta that genuinely balances value and comfort can be tough, but this hotel nails it. It felt like I was getting a solid 4-star experience without the usual price tag.
facilites, services, and room is perfect. for breakfast so delicious because my favorite food in here and soon i will be to transit in here again

I got smoking room, meanwhile my booking is non smoking. And the receptionist was only said sorry room only available on smoking, how is it ?..
For me it was like?? What did they expect me to say? Should I cancel the booking or what ?

Everything’s great, feels comfortable, no disturbing sound, very comfortable bed, nicely clean room, very comfortable bathroom
So far so good when i arrive the bellboy quite helpful, then the room so clean, breakfast so comfort and the food much far enough good to taste

No way I'm staying in this hotel again!
Worst experience of staycation.
Bad and confusing signage.
Confusing parking lot.
Worst of all I got pranked by the front office lady.
I arrived at the hotel lobby at 1 PM and I could understand when she told me that check in process cant be started yet. Fully understandable.
But when I asked whether can go to the gym first, she answered yes, she mentioned the gym is on the 2nd fl.
I go all the way up (quite a distance), only to find the gym front desk asking my room number!
How on earth can I have that when the check in not started yet.
Not recommended at all, avoid at all cost.
PS : exclusion is for the security man, very helpful and friendly.
