Top Hotel, super Lage und sehr freundliches Personal. Konnten die Fähre nach Hiroshima über den Empfang buchen/reservieren lassen sowie Transfer eines Großtaxis an den Hafen.

快適でした。
Pros:

携帯をある場所に置き忘れたのですがフロントの方の対応のお陰で無事とり戻せました。
とても感謝しております。

朝食はとても美味しくて感動しました。

Cons:

連泊したのですが2日目の部屋のお掃除をパスしたらタオルが交換されてなかったので残念でした。
フロントに電話したら部屋に届けてもらえました。

Pros:

ロケーションが素晴らしい。
大街道のところにあり、萬翠荘や坂の上の雲ミュージアムなどは目の前。ホテルのすぐ前に路面電車の駅があり、道後温泉にも行きやすいし、横の三越の前には、空港行きのシャトルバスの乗り場がある。
部屋は清潔で、フロントのスタッフの方も皆さん対応良かった。

Hôtel très bien placé avec parking payant à un prix correct.
Superbe vue pour prendre le petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix et à volonté.

Cons:

Dans ma chambre 1 lit, j'entendais le claquement des portes de la chambre d’à côté. Rien de bien dérangeant cependant.
