Pros:

快適な空間で過ごせました。モーニングのメニューも豊富で満足しています。

Cons:

良くなかった点はありません。
あえて申しあげるとすれば部屋からの景観を期待していましたがそれは思った以上ではなかったです。

また利用したいと思いました。
Pros:

デラックスツインを予約しました。部屋はとても広くて、特にバストイレがとてもゆったりしていて良かったです。他の部屋の騒音が気になったので、フロントにお伝えしたところ、素早く対応して頂き良かったです。朝食もお得感がありました。

Pros:

お城の真ん前、坂の上の雲ミュージアムの近く、路面電車の駅の真ん前、大街道商店街の近く等ロケーション抜群。
いつもパーキングを探してウロウロして、しまいに電話して聞く私なのに、ここは🅿️がわかりやすく、車停めることができた。

Cons:

お城の見える位置にあるホテルなので、お城見える部屋を期待したが、残念でした。
晩ご飯を部屋で食べようと買って帰ったが、温めるレンジがないと言う。普通今までは行ったビジネスホテルにはなかったところはないのに。フロントに持ってきてもらったら温めますと言われたが、オシャレなカウンターに惣菜を持っていくのは違和感。
部屋でテレビ見ながら食べるつもりが、テーブルの向きと反対にテレビがあって、悲しかった。
去年松山市の別のホテルに泊まった時の朝食の鯛めしが忘れられなくて、期待して行ったのに、鯛が一切れで、残念な鯛めしでした。料理は多種多様にあったのに、フタが重すぎて、取るのに苦労した。牛乳が、パックの牛乳って初めて見た。
熱々のコーヒーが欲しかったのに、ポットに入ったぬるいコーヒーで残念でした。
最後に、これはホテルが悪いんじゃないんだけと、14Fで朝食だから間違いなくお城を拝みながら食べられると期待したのに、櫓がほんの少し見えただけで、本当に残念でした。
