Run-down property and very poor maintenance

Cons:

This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have had in a long time. The property feels extremely old, run-down, and poorly maintained.
The room itself was not clean and looked like it had not been properly maintained for a long time. On top of that, there were ants in the room, which made the whole place feel even more unpleasant.
The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, almost like sleeping on concrete. Getting a good night’s sleep was very difficult because of how stiff and uncomfortable the mattress was.
Basic things in the room also did not work properly. The shower barely worked, and the window would not open, which made the room feel stuffy and poorly ventilated.
Unfortunately the staff were also quite rude and unhelpful, which made the overall experience even worse. Instead of trying to help resolve issues, the interactions felt dismissive and uninterested.
Overall the place felt dirty, old, and neglected, and the lack of maintenance combined with the unfriendly service made the stay very unpleasant. I would not recommend staying here.

Hotel is good !
Pros:

Hotel is clean ! Room is comfortable to stay , I like the most they have cool water and machine coffee for everyone at reception whole day ! Buffet is good !

We had a outstanding time for our 41st Anniversary.
Pros:

the breakfast was good for the price. and good choices.
the room was nice clean and as well maintained.
the location is a little of the beaten path. there were some good places to eat a short trip down the street

Cons:

Our trip was outstanding the only thing that would make the stay would be the beds. They are good in size but for me they were a little on the hard side.
