Pros:

We had such a wonderful experience! The staff is marvelous! Kind and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we have ever had in the size, selection, and taste. This hotel is right next to the train station. We would definitely stay here again and recommend others.

Fabulous hotel and amazing service
Pros:

We stayed here in late July with 2 adults and 2 children foe 3 nights in the Mizu suite with club access. The club lounge is worth every penny!! free flowing champagne every evening with some of the best food we had in Japan.

The room itself was spacious for our family and it had everything we needed. It was the perfect base for our Tokyo stay.

We tried breakfast in the lounge and the main buffet and the lounge wins hands down! The service is second to none!

The only niggle we had was the only hour we had spare for a swim the pool was closed due to the weather. It had rained for about 30mins earlier that morning but was beaming sunshine the rest of the day. That was disappointing.

Apart from that, I can't recommend this hotel enough! We will be back and won't stay anywhere else in Tokyo!

We we to to celebrate my husbands birthday and Chef Maiko was really kind to us, the food he prepared was delicious 💜
Maiko service made the day even more perfect.we definitely recommend you to visit!
