Pros:

The club lounge access was a great benefit with professional and attentive staff and a good breakfast. Our room was very comfortable with true black out shades which was fantastic while recovering from jet lag.

Cons:

Navigating the multi-level entrances and exits was confusing and unclear. It would be helpful for them to be more clearly marked where you're exiting for those who are not accustomed to the area. Lastly the club lounge breakfast had a number of gluten free options which was great but the main restaurant was woefully lacking in gluten free options.

Großartiger Aufenthalt
Pros:

We stayed there for six nights in November 2025 and booked the Mizu Suite. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We would especially like to commend the service and amenities in the lounge. Unfortunately, we lost their business cards, so we can't thank them by name. One of the lounge staff members had the title "Senior..." and a gentleman from Lyon were very helpful and offered excellent advice. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will be traveling there again from Germany in November. We are already looking forward to it.

A Truly Wonderful “Home Away from Home” in Tokyo
Pros:

This was our second stay at the ANA InterContinental Tokyo within just a few months, and once again, the experience was absolutely amazing.

From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like coming home.Our heartfelt thanks go to Raphael, the Club Lounge Manager, and his exceptional team. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made our stay so memorable.

Each time we visited the lounge, we were greeted with sincere smiles and a warm welcome. The breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails were all on par with 5-star luxury standards, beautifully presented and consistently delicious. The lounge itself offers stunning city views and is thoughtfully designed with two distinct areas — one side is quieter with comfortable sofa seating, perfect for relaxing and chatting; the other side is closer to the food stations, making dining more convenient.

We were also pleasantly upgraded to the Mizu Suite as part of our IHG Platinum Elite benefits. The room was newly renovated, spacious, and tastefully decorated with elegant Japanese touches. It felt modern yet warm, with plenty of room for our luggage — a true comfort after days of exploring. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to Ginza, Shibuya, and, of course, Roppongi. We particularly enjoyed walking to Roppongi to see the winter illuminations — an unforgettable experience!

Once again, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at our “Tokyo home” and especially meeting Raphael and the wonderful Club Lounge team. We are already looking forward to our next stay very soon!

Great location, service and breakfast at a very convenient location
Pros:

Amazing breakfast, attentive staff and superb location especially for a first time visit to Tokyo. The gym is also above average for a hotel. We'll definitely consider coming back. The room was a little outdated but super clean and comfortable nonetheless.

Cons:

Nothing in particular. A coin laundry would have been a nice addition but I understand it might not jive with the brand.
