Sehr freundlicher Service! Sehr Hilfsbereit und alles ging sehr schnell und organisiert, wie typisch in Japan!
Preise in der Bar und im Restaurant recht teuer im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants in der Nähe!
breakfast , tea time and snask time at night 35 Fl
Bad service , bad experience, restaurant staff not good
Very bad
This hotel is beautiful. The staff and the food were excellent. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. From waffles to sushi to Japanese food. Omelette station, bakery, juices. All fantastic.
The
Très bien situé. Chambres confortables.
Hotel is very conveniently located. It’s clean and continental breakfast is a plus.
Over-priced. Trafic can be heard from the rooms. Breakfast is a little messy from an organisation point of view.
The location and ease of navigation around the hotel with local amenities was incredible!
Slightly dated facilities. Weirdly the only had a men’s sauna and no steam or sauna facilities for women? Which I found odd for a hotel of its class.
Clean but expensive
Expensive
Smart contemporary hotel with a dazzling array of tasty breakfast items, friendly service and food allergy aware. Impressive accommodations for comfortable, quiet, relaxing and luxurious family travel. Rooms are small but effective use of space and meticulously maintained. Great view of Tokyo Tower. Suitable accommodations for all ages.
The room was lovely.
The location was perfect, 1 minute walk from the subway which has one train to all the hot spots. A small shopping centre next to the hotel which has some food places. 7/11 a short walk away.
We were able to store our luggages' with the hotel when we went to Kyoto for a few days, as we were re-staying on our return to Tokyo.
The service and the hotel overall was great and I would stay again.
Beds were very firm.
They really need to dust under the bedside tables, not nice if you drop something on the floor and when you go to pick it up its very dusty under there.
They need to take care in their menu items, i.e. they wrote vegetarian next to fries, but they actually fry it in the same oil as meat.
One day room service did not clean the room all day even though it was requested.
On checkout we waited 30 minute for help with the luggages, and our taxi was waiting.
When we were their for 6 nights, every night I had to request extra towels as there were 3 people in our room, and they kept making the room for 2 people.
Very good breakfast
Buffet and it smelled very nice
Pillows were too soft and it took too long to check in. House keeping was inconsistent
Great location and high end hotel
Price was fairly high considering everything
