Schönes Zimmer mit Ausblick, tolles Frühstücksbuffet, großer Außenpool.

Pros:

By far one of the best hotels I have been to. Great size on the rooms, clean and modern, great location snd impeccable service. Great choice in breakfast. The staff is attentive and goes above and beyond to make their guests happy. From the breakfast staff to the Lounge or the valets at the entrance, everyone is super nice and attentive. I felt very well taken care of. Joel and the girls at the Lounge are by far some of the nicest staff members I have ever encountered, it was a pleasure to use the lounge. Afternoon drinks and buffet is a perfect idea. I cannot recommend this enough, our stay was so pleasant that we extended it and after traveling to another city, we ended up coming back and booking it again. Just wow. I will definitely come again. It definitely raised the bar of 5 stars hotels.

Not worth the money, would have expected higher level of service and quality of food.

Airy lobby. Free water bottles and helpful frontdesk/bell and taxi service

Cons:

Although wast selection for breakfast general quality of food was mediocre. Perhaps focus on fewer and better. We tried to find a good cup of coffee during 5 days of stay, without success and smiles or attention to getting rid off plates as breakfast was simply not a routine.

We booked a family suite and had to sit on the floor or in bed to play cards. Felt more like the 4 ppl rooms was for 3 max.

Konumu, rahatlığı, personelin gükeryüzlü ve yardımcı olma çabalarını çok beğendim.

Cons:

Lobide oturacak 1 koltuk bile yok. Sanırım insanları oturmasınlar diye genel bir uygulama gibi geldi bana. Ama ANA Intercontinental Tokyo için şık bir durum değil.
