Cons:

For a five-star hotel with such an exorbitant price, you would expect excellent service. Unfortunately, I have experienced better service at some three-star hotels. The location is also far from the main attractions and activities, so I would not recommend this hotel.

I have stayed at InterContinental hotels many times in the past, but unfortunately, this experience was disappointing and did not meet my expectations.

This hotel is served by Ginza line I would say 10min walk to ginza platform. Ginza area is nearby with great shopping. Metro is quick connection to Shibuya etc.
Imperiaalace gardens not too far.

Excellent stay luv it!
Pros:

Very comfortable,clean hotel. The best location! Subway about block away easy to get around. Many restaurants around and shopping in the Ginza about 15 min away. Excellent time you can’t beat it.

quiet luxury for any tore of stay in tokyo
Pros:

very central location to all tourist places as well as to the central business district. i always stay here for pleasure or business. hotel has been upgraded recently. have stayed here since 2008 abc property is way better now. helpful staff

my room this time was smaller than other times i have stayed but still comfortable and very clean and very nice.
