Uma boa localização, um bom café-da-manhã e um quarto confortável com bonita vista da janela

Cons:

O uso antiquado de carpete no quarto com um odor estranho. Não há olho mágico na porta e não nos sentimos seguros quando alguém se dizendo funcionando bateu à porta

Muito bom, voltarei mais vezes.
Pros:

Atendimento perfeito, sempre muito educados e prestativos, limpeza do hotel impecável, restaurante bom mais com poucas opções de pratos, bom pequeno almoço mais poderia ser melhor com mais variedades.

Cons:

Precisei trocar de quarto algumas vezes, alguns colchões estavam ruins, mais sempre resolveram os problemas.

Perfekte Lage, um Lissabon zu erkunden
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt, um alles zu Fuss oder mit der Metro zu erkunden.
Das Zimmer war geräumig. Besonders hat uns die eingebaute Musik im Zimmer und Bad gefallen.
Unser erstes Zimmer war voller Fliegen aber wir wurden umgehend in ein neues Zimmer gebucht, weshalb ich das als positiv empfinde.
Das Personal an der Rezeption, die Türsteher und die Reinigungskräfte waren sehr freundlich und zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Es gibt wohl ein Problem mit kleinen Tieren. Erst die Fliegen, dann Ameisen im Badezimmer.
Für das Sterneniveau und den Preis, hätte ich noch ein bisschen mehr erwartet.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben nichts vermisst
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren geräumig und gemütlich.

Cons:

Die Rooftopbar war zwar schön, hätte für ein 5-Sterne Hotel aber noch netter gemacht sein können (Mobiliar, kein Polster).
