Pros:

The staff, including the reception team, were very helpful and polite. The buffet staff were also excellent and highly professional. The room was spacious and clean, and the area was quiet and comfortable.
Overall, the service and atmosphere exceeded expectations, and I would definitely recommend this place and consider staying here again.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Grösse des Zimmers

Ambiance und Angebot beim Frühstück. Unnötige Musik.
Nur ein kleiner Kleiderschrank im Zimmer.
Keine Kleiderhacken beim Zimmereingang.
Störende Geräusche von der Metro ( im vierten Stock)
Quietschende Duschentüre
Brause bei Dusche defekt
Habe ein Taxi zum Flughafen bestellt. Anstelle kam eine Limousine zu Euro 35.- anstelle mir erwähntes Taxi von ca Euro 15.- bis 20.-

Cons:

Booking l’intermédiaire n’honore jamais ses engagements pour la 2eme fois il propose taxi gratuit de l’aéroport mais il n’arrive jamais c’est juste un moyen de vente

Amazing hotel, comfortable rooms and great breakfast!!
We went over to celebrate my husband’s birthday and the staff set up the room with cupcakes, fruit and a sparkling wine! It was thoughtful and amazing!!

Cons:

They don’t have a gym but are otherwise perfect
