Pros:

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Everyone was helpful and nice. Most importantly the location is perfect right in the middle of Avenida da Liberdade.

Pool cleanliness, staff not attentive to cleaning away glasses etc or sticky stains by beds.
Time of housekeeping was very late after we returned. Earlier would be betters
