Pros:

Nothing. We arrived after a long flight in the early hours of the morning and after asking if 3am after checking in was okay via message and being told it was. We waited two hours for someone to answer the door in the middle of nowhere. When he did answer the door we were told that even though we had booked for that night the room wouldn't be available until the following night.

Pros:

Sur la route principale, un peu excentré donc plus calme

Cons:

Pas de télécommande pour la climatisation donc soit on gèle soit on doit carrément l'éteindre. Les photos sur le site ne correspondent pas à la réalité, tout est vieux, sale et usagé. Le sommier est hors d'âge. Mais le pire c'est le personnel/gérance plus que nonchalant et dilettante. Ne vous laissez pas attirer par la formule "demi-pension", il n'y a pas d'horaires fixes de repas, c'est au bon vouloir du personnel. Le dîner du soir était un plat de cantine, simplissime sans aucune saveur. Le petit déjeuner est servi sur la terrasse. Les tables sont d'une saleté repoussante. Il ne faut pas être pressé pour se voir servir un thé dans un dé à coudre et un chapati cramé.

The one main thing which let me feel the hotel to 100% was the manager of this Kiara Hotel - Sonu Bhai
He was so kindly greeting and was so humble in providing all the queries we had and solve them immediately one after another

Special thanks to him...I'll visit just for his hospitality again...I'm saying this from heart (no paid promotion of anything made here). He really did support us through the journey..

Pros:

This is an amazing property. The host Sonu Bhaiya is one of the sweetest souls I met in all my travels, and went beyond his way to make our stay comfortable. The beds are ok ok, but the vibe in the rooms is very unique. Overall loved the stay and I am going back just to meet Sonu Bhaiya again.
