A great choice
Pros:

We had a lovely stay.
The room was immaculate, the bed was amazingly comfy, breakfast was cooked beautifully (and delivered to the room) and the host was very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

A charming stay, great food and service.
Pros:

Wonderful team, very welcoming and rooms were very high standard and bespoke. I would love to visit again. The pub was not open on the night I visited but would love to visit when open. Had a lovely meal brought to my room

Pros:

Loved the clean, cosy & high standard of accommodation. It was really well thought through, lovely bath and bathroom, very comfy bed and lovely little living space - absolutely perfect for what we needed and such good value for money. All the staff were lovely too. Pub was cosy, great food and the fire was lit on a cold autumnal day, which made it a wonderful place to come back to after one of the recommended local walks.

Utterly charming gastro pub/hotel.
Pros:

Excellent accommodation v comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom with large bath and separate shower. Dinner was superb. Huge range of local wines. Staff were charming.

Cons:

Perhaps a little expensive and not sure the duplex idea with sofa(bed) and dining table upstairs really works. My partner fell down the stairs during night going to bathroom…

A really peaceful break deep in the country in a lovely place with lovely people.
Pros:

Room was really spacious & well-equipped. Shower was excellent. Bed comfortable. Views stunning. Everyone was so accommodating!

Cons:

I like the challenge of driving on country roads where it’s two-way traffic but only one lane with tuck-ins, it’s a learned skill though.

The Plough Inn is perfect when you're traveling with dogs, there's a big field where they can run and they're welcome in the pub.
Food and service are excellent, the rooms aare clean and staff friendly.
The location is perfect for the Shuttle to France.

A fantastic 14th-century Wealden hall house that’s now a wonderful gastropub with big, comfy rooms

The Plough Inn is a beautiful 14th-century Wealden hall house that’s now a charming gastropub with big and comfy rooms, in the tiny hamlet of Stalisfield Green, high on the North Downs in rural Kent. We stayed in one of the deluxe king suites, Willow, which was laid out on two levels, and was beautifully furnished and appointed. Dinner at the pub was truly excellent - fine dining and good value - and the wine list was impressive yet keenly priced. Oh and the range of local beers, of course, was also a highlight. Breakfast the next morning, which was served to us in our room, was also top-notch. Last but far from least, the service was impeccable - not only courteous and efficient but also friendly and fun.

Cons:

The Plough Inn is faultless. You'll love it. Make a booking today!
