L'emplacement et le fait que la dame qui s'occupe du ménage parle français.

J'ai changé de logement au bout de 2 nuits : ma clef n'ouvrait pas la porte d'entrée, 2 clefs étaient dans la keybox sans que le propriétaire ne m'ait informé ce qui m'a tout de même permis d'entrer mais pas l'autre client.. ce que le propriétaire a semblé me reprocher ! Le wifi ne marchait pas à mon arrivée, le logement est très bruyant, il n'y a ABSOLUMENT PAS de terrasse contrairement aux photos, c'est très sombre. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre, je n'avais du coup pas d'eau chaude et j'ai dû écrire en urgence au propriétaire pour qu'il m'apporte une serviette absente dans ma nouvelle chambre. Heureusement à mon départ il a tout de même fini par s'excuser du déroulement de mon séjour. Bref je déconseille il y a d'autres logements beaucoup plus qualitatifs sur mindelo pour un prix équivalent.

Necessitavem un apartament per agafar el ferri aviat al matí i aquest ens va anar perfecte per la seva localització.
Pros:

Està molt ben situat. A prop del centre i del port.

Cons:

Pensavem que tenia cuina i resulta que no tetes les habitacions en tenen.

Buena relación calidad-precio
Pros:

Sólo pasamos una noche, pero está bien ubicado y la relación calidad-precio está muy bien.

Cons:

La ventana que daba hacia el rellano donde estaban las otras habitaciones estaba rota y no se podía bloquear, lo cual es una cosa importante al hacerte sentir seguro cuando dejas todas tus cosas dentro y te vas.

Pros:

A stayed two Times at the apartment - it is very spacious and clean. It is only a few minutes to the Town center and the beach and quiet at night (maybe except dogs barking, but I did not mind that.)
Only the procedure of the check in could be improved.
